Claims (16)
- 実質的に鉛直の移送導管(11)と協働する水平アライナ導管(13)を備え、かつ入口区域(17)を有する錠剤(12)を分配するのに適した分配器ユニットであって、
少なくとも第1の供給導管(21)が、前記移送導管(11)の入口に関連していて、前記錠剤(12)が前記移送導管(11)の入口トランジトリ内に位置するときに前記錠剤(12)の上部に作用するガス状流体噴流を吐き出すのに適している
ことを特徴とする分配器ユニット。 - 前記第1の供給導管(21)が、前記錠剤(12)の到着方向で前記移送導管(11)の前記入口トランジトリ内の前方に前記入口区域(17)に対応して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記移送導管(11)の前記入口トランジトリが、8°〜15°に含まれる傾斜角度(β)をもつ引込滑り面(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記移送導管(11)の前記入口トランジトリが入口連結部(16)を有し、続いて8°〜15°に含まれる傾斜角をもつ傾斜面または傾斜部分(34)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記錠剤(12)の到着側とは反対側に、前記移送導管(11)の前記入口トランジトリが8°〜15°に含まれる傾斜角で傾斜している前面(33)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の分配器ユニット。
- 少なくとも第2の供給導管(25)が、前記錠剤(12)が到着する側に、前記移送導管(11)の前記入口トランジトリの端部に近接して配置され、前記錠剤(12)の出口に向かって角度をなす方向に流体噴流を吐き出すのに適していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の分配器ユニット。
- 少なくとも第3の供給導管(24)が、前記移送導管(11)内での前記錠剤(12)の到着方向に対して後方に、前記入口区域(17)に近接して配置され、前記錠剤(12)と協働して向けられた流体噴流を吐き出すのに適していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記供給導管(21、24、25)に空気が供給され、前記空気の圧力が0.3〜3.0バール、好ましくは0.8〜2.0バールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記供給導管(21、24、25)のうちの少なくとも1つの圧力が調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記供給導管(21、24、25)のうちの少なくとも1つの圧力が脈動していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記アライナ導管(13)が前記錠剤(12)を供給軸線(X)に沿って整列させることができる、請求項3および4に記載の分配器ユニットであって、前記アライナ導管(13)が、前記供給軸線(X)に対して傾斜していて前記移送導管(11)の前記入口区域(17)と協働する前記引込滑り面(20)に関連することを特徴とするとともに、前記入口連結部(16)が、前記引込滑り面(20)を前記入口区域(17)に連結するために、前記入口区域(17)に対応して作られることを特徴とする、分配器ユニット。
- 前記供給軸線(X)に対する前記引込滑り面(20)の前記角度(β)が8°〜15°に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記入口連結部(16)が、前記供給軸線(X)に対して8°〜15°に含まれる角度(γ)だけ角度をつけた入口を有することを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記入口連結部(16)が、前記移送導管(11)の前記縦軸線(Y)に対して8°〜15°に含まれる角度だけ傾斜している前記面(34)を介して前記移送導管(11)に連結していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の分配器ユニット。
- 前記入口区域(17)の後ろで前記入口区域(17)と協働して、前記移送導管(11)が、前記移送導管(11)の縦軸線(Y)に対して8°〜15°に含まれる角度(δ)だけ傾斜している前記前面(33)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の分配器ユニット。
- 錠剤(12)を分配する方法であって、前記錠剤(12)が、入口区域(17)を有していて水平アライナ導管(13)と協働する実質的に鉛直な移送導管(11)の入口トランジトリ内に位置するときに、前記錠剤(12)の上部に少なくとも1つのガス状流体噴流を吐き出すものであることを特徴とする、方法。
