Claims (15)
- その基部において上顎犬歯に固定されるようになされた近心要素と、その基部において上顎臼歯に固定されるようになされた遠心要素と、前記遠心要素を前記近心要素に連結するアームと、を含み、前記アームが前記アームの一端に球状部材を有し、前記遠心要素が前記球状部材を受けるための受容部を有する歯牙移動装置の組立方法において、
前記球状部材を実質的に変形させずに導入できる大きさの前記受容部の開口部を有する前記遠心要素を提供するステップと、
前記球状部材を有する前記アームを提供するステップと、
前記球状部材を前記受容部に導入するステップと、
前記受容部の前記開口部を縮小するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記受容部の前記開口部を縮小するステップが、前記受容部の縁を可塑的に変形させて前記受容部の前記開口部を縮小するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法において、
前記受容部の前記開口部は少なくとも部分的にフランジによって範囲が定められ、前記受容部を可塑的に変形させるステップが、前記フランジを、それを内側に押し込むことによって変形させるステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、
前記フランジが実質的に前記受容部の前記開口部の上側部分に位置付けられることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法において、
前記受容部を可塑的に変形させるステップが、前記受容部の前記縁を局所的に変形させるステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記受容部の前記縁を可塑的に変形させるステップが打ち抜き加工、押し抜き加工、または印圧加工の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記受容部の前記縁を可塑的に変形させるステップが前記縁を加熱するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記受容部の前記開口部を縮小するステップが、前記受容部の前記縁に別の縁要素を追加するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、
前記別の縁要素を追加するステップが、化学結合または溶接を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記球状部材が、2つの直径方向に反対の平面を有する実質的に球形であり、前記遠心要素の前記受容部が、前記球状部材の形状と相補的な形状を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記球状部材が実質的に球形であり、前記遠心要素の前記受容部が、前記球状部材の形状と実質的に相補的な形状を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記歯牙移動装置が金属もしくはポリマーまたはそれらの両方で製作されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記アームが前記近心要素と一体に形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載の方法において、
前記遠心要素を提供するステップと前記近心要素を提供するステップが、前記遠心要素を成形するステップおよび/または前記近心要素を成形するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至14の何れか1項に記載の方法により得られる歯牙移動装置。
