(実施例1)
全体にポリ−メタ−アラミドの繊維で作られた縦糸は、具体的には、40/2構成のConexの紡糸であり、ここで、40は、メートル単位、より厳密に言えば、1kgとなる1000メートル巻の数であり、2は縦糸として使用される糸における紡糸の数である(dtexでは、500dtexに等しい)。
Table 2は、本発明による伝動ベルトで利用可能な布の例を示し、その布は、ベルトが使用中にエンジンクランクケース内部でオイルと直に接触しているかまたは油浴に少なくとも部分的にあるとき、摩耗および化学物質への耐性の観点において、優れた結果を達成できる。
寿命試験も、高温(90℃および120℃)のオイル中で行った。

Claims (18)
- 連続的にオイルと接触しているかまたは油浴に浸される伝動ベルトであり、第1の弾性材料から作られた本体(2)と、歯(4)と、前記伝動ベルトの前記本体に埋め込まれた複数の耐性経線挿入体(3)と、背部(7)と、を備え、
前記伝動ベルトは作用面を有し、前記作用面は、横糸および縦糸を備える被覆布(5)によって覆われる、伝動ベルトの使用であって、前記横糸および前記縦糸はポリアラミドを含むことを特徴とする伝動ベルトの使用。 - 前記横糸は弾性糸によって形成されると共に、第1の糸および第2の糸によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記横糸は、ポリ−パラ−アラミドによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のベルト(1)の使用。
- 第1のポリ−パラ−アラミド繊維の糸は前記弾性糸の周りに第1の方向で巻かれ、第2のポリ−パラ−アラミドの糸は前記第1の糸の周りに反対の方向で巻かれることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記縦糸は、ポリ−メタ−アラミドによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記伝動ベルトは歯付きベルトであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記背部(7)は前記被覆布で覆われることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記第1の弾性材料はジエン単量体およびニトリル基含有単量体から得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記ニトリル基は、33〜51重量パーセントの間の範囲の割合であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記第1の弾性材料は、NBR、HNBR、XHNBR、またはそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記第1の弾性材料は、不飽和カルボン酸および/または不飽和カルボン酸の塩を含む重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記被覆布は第1の処理および第2の処理を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記第1の処理はポリイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記第2の処理は粘着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 第3の処理を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 前記第3の処理は、NBR、HNBR、XHNBR、またはそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるエラストマを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
- 第4の処理を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の伝動ベルト(1)の使用。
