Description
Claims (1)
- ハウジング(4)、信管(6)、イグナイター(3)、消火剤(9)、主装薬(10)を含む片方向スプレー式非殺傷性破片の消火弾であって、
さらに尾翼減速部(1)、燃焼室(8)、薬止め板(2)、ピストン(7)、フェアリング(5)を含み、
ハウジング(4)、尾翼減速部(1)とピストン(7)は軽質金属材料であり、ハウジング(4)が円筒状であり、尾翼減速部(1)がハウジング(4)の底部に配置されかつハウジング(4)とボルトで固定され、薬止め板(2)が尾翼減速部(1)の上方に配置され、燃焼室(8)が薬止め板(2)の上方に配置されかつ薬止め板(2)と螺合して固定され、燃焼室(8)がハウジング(4)とボルトで固定され、ピストン(7)が燃焼室(8)に配置され、ピストン(7)の外径がハウジング(4)の内径と一致し、ピストン(7)の中心には貫通孔を有し、イグナイター(3)がピストン(7)の貫通孔に配置されかつ燃焼室(8)と螺合して固定され、主装薬(10)が燃焼室(8)に配置され、消火剤(9)がピストン(7)の上部のキャビティに配置されかつキャビティ全体を充満し、フェアリング(5)がハウジング(4)のトップ部に配置されかつハウジング(4)とビンで固定され、フェアリング(5)の表面には散布孔を有し、信管(6)がフェアリング(5)に配置されかつボルトで固定され、
動作する時、信管(6)は消火弾が火元から5〜10メートルであると検出した時、着火信号をイグナイター(3)に伝送し、イグナイター(3)は燃焼室(8)内の主装薬(10)を着火し、主装薬(10)は燃焼して高圧を生成し、高圧の駆動によりピストン(7)がハウジング(4)内に移動し、消火剤(9)を押出してフェアリング(5)とハウジング(4)を連結するビンが切断され、消火剤(9)が続けてフェアリング(5)を駆動して前へ移動させ、フェアリング(5)がハウジング(4)の前端に制動し、この時、散布孔が既に空気に露出し、ピストン(7)が続けて消火剤(9)を駆動して前へ移動させ、消火剤(9)が散布孔から散布し、火元に飛びかかり、消火の役割を果たす。消火弾は飛び出して散布する中に、尾翼減速部(1)はパラシュートを開いて消火弾の速度を低下させ、消火弾はガラスカーテンウォールを貫通し、建物内に進入して消火することを特徴とする片方向スプレー式非殺傷性破片の消火弾。
