Abstract

本发明公开了一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片的灭火弹,包括:壳体(4)、引信(6)、点火器(3)、灭火剂(9)、主装药(10),还包括:尾翼减速段(1)、燃烧室(8)、挡药板(2)、活塞(7)、整流罩(5)。壳体(4)、尾翼减速段(1)和活塞(7)为轻质金属材料,壳体(4)为圆筒状,尾翼减速段(1)置于壳体(4)底部并与壳体(4)螺钉固定,引信(6)置于整流罩(5)上并螺钉固定。工作时,引信(6)侦测到灭火弹离火源5~10米时,点火器(3)点燃主装药(10),高压推动活塞(7)在壳体(4)中运动,灭火剂(9)从喷洒孔中喷洒出来,扑向火源,起到灭火作用。本发明结构简单,灭火剂喷洒时无杀伤力。

一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片灭火弹
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭火弹,特别是一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片灭火弹。
背景技术
目前国内外现有的灭火弹均采用中心爆管的方式,灭火弹包括:壳体、引信、灭火剂、主装药、点火器;通过爆炸产生的冲击波来推动灭火剂的喷洒,喷洒灭火剂的同时会产生大量的杀伤破片,带有一定的破坏性,这类灭火弹适用于森林、油罐等远离人口密集的区域,不适用于城市环境条件下高层、超高层建筑灭火。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片的灭火弹,解决现有灭火弹存在杀伤破片易造成较大伤害的问题。
一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片的灭火弹,包括:壳体、引信、点火器、灭火剂、主装药,还包括:尾翼减速段、燃烧室、挡药板、活塞、整流罩。
壳体、尾翼减速段和活塞为轻质金属材料,壳体为圆筒状,尾翼减速段置于壳体底部并与壳体螺钉固定,挡药板置于尾翼减速段上方,燃烧室置于挡药板上方并与挡药板螺纹固定,燃烧室与壳体螺钉固定。活塞置于燃烧室上,活塞的外径与壳体的内径相匹配,活塞中心有通孔,点火器置于活塞的通孔中并与燃烧室螺纹固定,主装药置于燃烧室中。灭火剂置于活塞上部的空腔中并充满整个空腔,整流罩置于壳体顶部并与壳体销钉固定,整流罩的表面有喷洒孔,引信置于整流罩上并螺钉固定。
一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片的灭火弹工作时,引信侦测到灭火弹离火源5~10米时,将点火信号传递给点火器,点火器点燃燃烧室中的主装药,主装药燃烧产生高压,高压推动活塞在壳体中运动,挤压灭火剂使得连接整流罩与壳体之间的销钉被剪断,灭火剂继续推动整流罩向前运动,整流罩到壳体前端制动,这时喷洒孔已经暴露在空气中,而此时活塞继续推动灭火剂向前运动,灭火剂从喷洒孔中喷洒出来,扑向火源,起到灭火作用。在灭火弹飞行喷洒过程中,尾翼减速段打开降落伞使灭火弹减速,灭火弹穿透玻璃幕墙,深入建筑物内实施灭火。
本发明的装置结构简单,灭火剂喷洒时无杀伤力,适用于高层建筑灭火,也可用于扑救高层建筑外立面的火灾。

一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片的灭火弹,包括:壳体4、引信6、点火器3、灭火剂9、主装药10,还包括:尾翼减速段1、燃烧室8、挡药板2、活塞7、整流罩5。
壳体4、尾翼减速段1和活塞7为轻质金属材料,壳体4为圆筒状,尾翼减速段1置于壳体4底部并与壳体4螺钉固定,挡药板2置于尾翼减速段1上方,燃烧室8置于挡药板2上方并与挡药板2螺纹固定,燃烧室8与壳体4螺钉固定。活塞7置于燃烧室8上,活塞7的外径与壳体4的内径相匹配,活塞7中心有通孔,点火器3置于活塞7的通孔中并与燃烧室8螺纹固定,主装药10置于燃烧室8中。灭火剂9置于活塞7上部的空腔中并充满整个空腔,整流罩5置于壳体4顶部并与壳体4销钉固定,整流罩5的表面有喷洒孔,引信6置于整流罩5上并螺钉固定。

1.一种单向喷洒式无杀伤破片的灭火弹,包括:壳体(4)、引信(6)、点火器(3)、灭火剂(9)、主装药(10),其特征在于还包括:尾翼减速段(1)、燃烧室(8)、挡药板(2)、活塞(7)、整流罩(5);
