Claims (10)
- 第1の端部(31)と第2の端部(33)との間に延びるピストン穴(30)を有し、ピストン穴(30)がねじセグメント(65)を有するピストン部材(18)と、
ピストン穴のねじセグメントと螺合した第1のねじ領域(63)と、ピストン部材の第2の端部を越えて延びる端部領域(82)と、端部領域にある第2のねじ領域(89)とを有するロッド部材(22)と、
内部に延びる保持穴(83)を有し、保持穴が第2のねじ領域と螺合したねじ部分(90)を有する保持部材(26)と
を含む駆動装置で使用するピストンおよびロッドアセンブリ(14)であって、
ねじセグメントおよび第1のねじ領域のそれぞれのねじ構造はピッチを有し、0.125ピッチよりも大きい谷の丸みを形成される、アセンブリ。 - ピストン部材(18)は、約1000Nm以下のトルクでロッド部材(22)に連結される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 保持部材(26)は、横軸(92)に対して互いにオフセットした、1対の止めねじ穴(94)と止めねじ穴(94)に螺合した止めねじ(96)とを含み、各止めねじ(96)は波形のねじ山を含む、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- ピストン穴(30)は内側座部(76)を含み、ロッド部材は外側ショルダ部(75)を含み、内側座部および外側ショルダ部は互いに係合し境界面を形成する、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- ピストン穴(30)は、内側座部(76)に隣接して配置された内側封止溝(66)を含み、内側封止溝(66)は封止部材(70)を有する、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 内側座部(76)および外側ショルダ部(75)によって形成された境界面と内側封止溝とは、ねじセグメント(65)よりもピストン部材(18)の第1の端部(31)の近くに配置される、請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 内側封止溝(66)は、境界面よりもピストン部材(18)の第1の端部(31)の近くに配置され、境界面は円錐形の境界面として構成される、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- ねじセグメント(65)および第1のねじ領域(63)は第1のねじピッチを有し、ねじ部分(90)および第2のねじ領域(89)は、第1のねじピッチとは異なる第2のねじピッチを有する、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 第2のねじピッチは、第1のねじピッチよりも微細である、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- ピストン穴(30)を有するピストン部材(18)をロッド部材(22)に連結する方法であって、
ピストン穴(30)の内側座部(76)およびロッド部材の外側ショルダ部(75)が互いに係合するまで、ある所定のトルクでロッド部材(22)の第1の部分をピストン穴(30)に螺合させ、ピストン穴(30)のねじセグメント(65)およびロッド部材の第1の部分の第1のねじ領域(63)のそれぞれのねじ構造はピッチを有し、0.125ピッチよりも大きい谷の丸みを形成されることと、
ロッド部材の第2の部分を保持部材(26)の保持穴(83)に螺合させることと、
少なくとも1つの止めねじ(96)を保持部材(26)に形成された対応する止めねじ穴(94)に通して螺合させて、止めねじ(96)の先端をロッド部材に係合させることと、
を含む方法。
