Claims (12)
- 装置(1)であって、排ガス流(4)用のパイプライン部分(2)を有し、前記パイプライン部分(2)は、入口端部(3)と、出口端部(5)と、直線部分(30)と、開口(31)を有する隆起部(17)と、を有し、開口(31)は、液体の添加剤用の配量装置(7)を直線部分(30)に取り付けるためのものであり、前記隆起部(17)は、高さ(32)と、広がり(33)と、を有し、前記広がり(33)は、前記高さ(32)の少なくとも2倍の大きさであり、さらに、前記入口端部(3)および前記出口端部(5)で、それぞれ、少なくとも1つの円板状のハニカム体(6)が配置され、開口(31)の中心軸(34)は、前記円板状のハニカム体(6)の1つへ向けられる、装置。

- 請求項1〜3の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記入口端部(3)から前記出口端部(5)までの前記パイプライン部分の長さ(8)が、前記パイプライン部分(2)の直径(9)の、2倍以上、および5倍以下、に対応する、装置。
- 請求項1〜4の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記入口端部(3)での前記少なくとも1つの円板状のハニカム体(6)が、20cpsi〜200cpsi(平方インチ当たりのチャネル)のチャネル密度を有する、装置。
- 請求項1〜5の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記パイプライン部分(2)が、前記出口端部(5)での円板状のハニカム体(6)と、前記出口端部(5)との間に、流れ調整部分(47)を有し、前記流れ調整部分(47)において、前記パイプライン部分(2)の断面(53)が、少なくとも部分的にオフセットされる、装置。
- 請求項1〜6の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記パイプライン部分(2)の直径(9)が、前記入口端部(3)での前記少なくとも1つの円板状のハニカム体(6)と、前記配量装置(7)と、の間で、拡張部分(10)において、円錐形に広がる、装置。
- 請求項1〜7の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記パイプライン部分(2)が、前記配量装置(7)と、前記出口端部(5)と、の間に、10°〜45°の角度(12)を有する曲がり(11)を備える、装置。
- 請求項1〜8の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記配量装置(7)が配量方向(15)を定め、配量方向(15)が、前記円板状のハニカム体(6)に対して90°より小さい、液体の添加剤のための衝突角(16)を予め定める、装置。
- 請求項1〜9の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記中心軸(34)が向けられる、前記円板状のハニカム体(6)が、前記パイプライン部分(2)のパイプ軸(26)に対する傾斜角(36)を有して配置される、装置。
- 請求項1〜10の1項に記載の装置(1)であって、前記少なくとも1つの円板状のハニカム体(6)が、前記パイプライン部分(2)の直径(9)の30%より少ないハニカム体長さ(20)を有する、装置。
