前記モータ筐体内に配置される固定子(162)であって、前記固定子が巻線および冷却流路(164)を有する、固定子(162)と
前記固定子(162)内に配置される回転子(166)であって、前記回転子が、前記圧縮機の羽根車(102)に接続される第1の端部、および、第2の端部を有する軸を有し、前記固定子巻線に電流が適用されると、前記回転子(166)が回転して前記圧縮機(100)が動作する、回転子(166)と、
前記固定子巻線に電流が適用されるときに前記回転子を支持するための、前記回転子(166)の両端部のところに配置される電磁軸受(160)と
を備え、
前記モータ(152)が、
前記固定子内に配置される温度監視デバイス(176)と、
固定子入口(186)および固定子出口(190)であって、前記固定子入口が前記固定子(162)を冷却するための液体冷媒を受け取る、固定子入口(186)および固定子出口(190)と、

- 電磁軸受(160)が前記回転子を支持するために前記回転子(166)の両端部のところに配置される、請求項2に記載の圧縮機組立体。
- 前記モータ(152)を冷却するための前記液体冷媒がサブクーラ(124)から供給される、請求項1に記載の圧縮機組立体。
- 前記温度監視デバイス(176)によって与えられる前記固定子(162)の温度に応答して前記流量制御デバイス(168)を通る液体冷媒の流量を制御するための制御装置(140)をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の圧縮機組立体。
- 前記固定子(162)および前記回転子(166)の温度に応答して前記流量制御デバイス(168)を通る液体冷媒の流量を制御するための前記制御装置に前記回転子温度を提供するために前記回転子(166)内に配置される回転子温度監視デバイス(178)をさらに有する、請求項6に記載の圧縮機組立体。
- 前記回転子温度監視デバイス(178)が回転子の隙間(172)に隣接して配置される、請求項7に記載の圧縮機組立体。
- 前記回転子温度監視デバイス(178)がサーミスタである、請求項7に記載の圧縮機組立体。
- 前記流量制御デバイス(168)が膨張弁である、請求項1に記載の圧縮機組立体。
- 冷却システム内の圧縮機モータ(152)を冷却するための方法であって、
固定子(162)および回転子(166)を有する圧縮機モータ(152)を用意するステップであって、前記回転子が軸を有し、前記圧縮機モータが高圧のサブクールされた冷媒液の供給源に流体連通される、ステップと、
高圧の冷媒液の流れを前記固定子に供給するステップと、
前記固定子の温度を監視するステップと、
前記固定子の温度を所定の範囲内に維持することを目的として前記固定子から熱を除去するために前記固定子を通るように前記冷媒液を循環させるステップと、
前記冷媒を前記回転子に供給する前に前記高圧の冷媒の圧力を低下させるステップと、
前記回転子に前記冷媒を供給するステップと、
前記回転子から熱を除去するために前記回転子を通るように前記冷媒を循環させるステップと、
前記固定子の温度を前記所定の範囲内に維持するために前記固定子への冷媒の流量を調整するステップと、
前記固定子から出るが前記回転子には入らない液体冷媒を蒸発器に戻すステップと、
前記回転子から出る冷媒を前記蒸発器に戻すステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記回転子の温度を監視するステップと、
前記回転子を通るように前記冷媒を循環させて、前記回転子から熱を除去し、前記回転子の温度を所定の範囲内で維持するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記固定子の温度を所定の範囲内に維持するためのステップが、前記固定子の温度を環境大気の露点を超えかつ安全なデバイス起動温度未満に維持するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 制御装置(140)を用意するステップと、
前記制御装置に連絡される流量制御デバイス(168)を用意するステップと、
前記制御装置(140)に連絡される固定子温度監視デバイス(176)を用意するステップと、
前記制御装置(140)に連絡される回転子温度監視デバイス(178)を用意するステップと
をさらに含み、
冷媒の流量を調整するステップが、前記固定子温度監視デバイス(176)からの、前記固定子の温度を示す信号を、前記制御装置(140)に提供するステップと、前記回転子温度監視デバイス(178)からの、前記回転子温度を示す信号を、前記制御装置(140)に提供するステップとをさらに含み、前記制御装置が、前記固定子温度が所定の温度範囲内にあるかどうか、および、前記回転子温度が所定の温度範囲内にあるかどうかを決定し、前記制御装置が、前記固定子温度または前記回転子温度が前記所定の温度範囲内にない場合に冷媒の流量を調整するための信号を前記流量制御デバイス(168)に送信する、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 凝縮器(116)および前記固定子(162)に流体連通されるサブクーラ(124)を用意するステップをさらに含み、前記サブクーラが高圧のサブクールされた冷媒液を前記固定子に供給する、請求項11に記載の方法。
