前記第2放出ロッド(5)が、その長さの、使用時の位置に対して後ろ側の部分に、らせん状歯列を有する非セルフ・ロック型のスピンドル区分(5b)を有し、そして前端部には前記第2放出プランジャ(11)に係合するための係合エレメント(5a)を有しており、前記伝動ユニット(8)は、前記スピンドル区分のらせん状歯列に適合されたらせん歯列をその内側に備えた駆動歯車(29)を有している、態様2〜11のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
〈態様13〉
前記第2放出ロッド(5)の前側区分には、らせん歯列状のスピンドル区分(5b)の外側に、前記放出ロッドの軸方向運動をアイドリング・モードでも保証するように連行制動エレメントが設けられている、態様12に記載の駆動装置。
〈態様14〉
前記伝動ユニット(8)が、前記計量・混合機器(1A)内に設けられた能動的ミキサ(17)の駆動シャフト(10)を結合するための回転シャフト連結区分を含む、態様1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
〈態様15〉
以下を含む、多成分剤、特に多成分接着剤のための塗布装置(1):
態様1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置(1B);一体化された電気的駆動機械(9);及び前記駆動機械のためのバッテリ電源(15);並びに動作・制御ユニット(13,14)。
Claims (15)
- 駆動機械(9)、特に電気的な駆動機械(9)に接続するための伝動ユニット(8)を用いる、多成分剤、特に多成分接着剤のための計量・混合機器(1A)の駆動装置(1B)であって、
前記計量・混合機器(1A)は、以下を具備しており:
個々の剤を有する交換可能なカートリッジ(2.1,3.1)を収容するための少なくとも2つのカートリッジ収容装置(2,3);
前記カートリッジから前記剤を、前記カートリッジ収容装置又はカートリッジ内に進入する放出プランジャ(11,16)によって剤出口を通して、同時に放出するための放出装置;及び
前記放出された剤を混合してこれらを混合された形態で放出する、前記剤出口に接続された混合機器(17)、
前記伝動ユニットは、対応する前記放出プランジャ(11,16)を、それぞれ1つの放出ロッド(4,5)を介して、対応して同期した状態で作動させることにより、少なくとも2種の剤の放出を連動させるカップリング手段(24)を有している、
駆動装置(1B)。 - 前記伝動ユニット(8)が、
第1放出ロッド(4)を介して駆動される、A剤を放出するための第1放出プランジャ(16)を、軸方向に駆動するように構成され、
第2スピンドル状放出ロッド(5)を介して駆動される、B剤を放出するためのねじ山付き第2放出プランジャ(16)を回転駆動するように構成されており、かつ
A剤の放出中に反応する圧力下で、軸方向に移動可能な構成部分群を有しており、そして
前記移動可能な構成部分群が、前記反応する圧力によって所定の量だけ移動したときに、前記第2放出ロッドを前記駆動機械(9)と連結する、切り換え可能なカップリング手段(24)が設けられている、
請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記切り換え可能なカップリング装置(24)は、前記駆動機械(9)に対して軸方向に本質的に固定された第1カップリング・エレメント(24a)を有し、かつ前記可動構成部分群(19)に対して軸方向に本質的に固定されて位置決めされた第2カップリング・エレメント(24b)を有しており、
前記反応する圧力で、前記第2カップリング・エレメントが、前記構成部分群と共に運動し、そしてその変位中に前記第1カップリング・エレメントと係合するようになっている、請求項2に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記切り換え可能なカップリング装置(24)が、形状結合的カップリング、特に爪カップリングとして構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記形状結合的カップリング(24)の前記カップリング・エレメント(24a,24b)が、自己位置設定エレメントとして構成されている、請求項4に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記切り換え可能なカップリング装置(24)が、力学結合的カップリング、特に摩擦カップリングとして構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記可動構成部分群(19)又は前記第2カップリング・エレメント(24b)が、これに連携して対圧ばねエレメント(20)を有しており、前記対圧ばねエレメントは、前記カップリング装置(24)の作用点を画定するように、A剤の放出中に構築される前記反応圧力に対向する対向圧力を供給する、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記可動構成部分群(19)又は前記第2カップリング・エレメント(24b)が、これに連携して前方圧縮ばねエレメント(21)を有しており、前記前方圧縮ばねエレメントは、前記カップリング装置の作用点を微調節するために、A剤の放出中の対圧に対して平行に向けられた調節圧力を供給するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記対圧ばねエレメント(20)及び/又は前記前方圧縮ばねエレメント(21)が、金属からなる、特にばね鋼からなる、コイルばね、板ばね、又はリーフばねとして構成されている、請求項7又は8に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1放出ロッド(4)が、ギア・ラックとして構成されており、前記ギア・ラックはこれに連携して、伝動ユニット(8)の好適に適合された駆動歯車、特にウォームギア(25c)として構成された2つの駆動歯車を有している、請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ギア・ラック(4)に連携した伝動ユニット(8)の前記駆動歯車又は複数の駆動歯車(25c)が、前記ギア・ラックに対して運動可能に取り付けられて、前記駆動歯車が、前記ギア・ラックから機械的にカップリング解除された位置を成し得るようになっている、請求項10に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第2放出ロッド(5)が、その長さの、使用時の位置に対して後ろ側の部分に、らせん状歯列を有する非セルフ・ロック型のスピンドル区分(5b)を有し、そして前端部には前記第2放出プランジャ(11)に係合するための係合エレメント(5a)を有しており、前記伝動ユニット(8)は、前記スピンドル区分のらせん状歯列に適合されたらせん歯列をその内側に備えた駆動歯車(29)を有している、請求項2〜11のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第2放出ロッド(5)の前側区分には、らせん歯列状のスピンドル区分(5b)の外側に、前記放出ロッドの軸方向運動をアイドリング・モードでも保証するように連行制動エレメントが設けられている、請求項12に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記伝動ユニット(8)が、前記計量・混合機器(1A)内に設けられた能動的ミキサ(17)の駆動シャフト(10)を結合するための回転シャフト連結区分を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 以下を含む、多成分剤、特に多成分接着剤のための塗布装置(1):
請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置(1B);一体化された電気的駆動機械(9);及び前記駆動機械のためのバッテリ電源(15);並びに動作・制御ユニット(13,14)。
