Description
Claims (10)
- 空気極の排出ガスが予備改質のために供給される混合ガスと熱交換するように前記排出ガスが供給されて流れるチャンネルを備えるシェルサイドと、
前記シェルサイドのある領域と重なり合うように配置され、前記混合ガスが予備改質反応を引き起こすように構成される触媒層と、
前記触媒層と接続され、前記シェルサイドの他の領域と重なり合うように配置され、予備改質された前記混合ガスが前記排出ガスと熱交換するように形成されるチューブサイドと、
を備えることを特徴とする熱交換型予備改質器。 - 前記シェルサイドには、内部空間を仕切って前記チャンネルを形成し、前記排出ガスの流れを制御するように構成されるバッフルが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。
- 前記触媒層と前記チューブサイドは一方向に沿って延設され、前記バッフルは前記一方向に対して垂直に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。
- 前記チューブサイドは、前記排出ガスが流入する前記シェルサイドの一方の端に隣り合うように配置され、
前記触媒層は、前記排出ガスが流出される前記シェルサイドの他方の端に隣り合うように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。 - 前記チューブサイドには触媒が充填されないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。
- 前記触媒層及び前記チューブサイドは組をなし、
前記組は複数形成されて互いに離れるように配置され、一方の端は燃料ガスが流入する燃料ガス流入口とそれぞれ接続され、他方の端は燃料ガスが流出される燃料ガス流出口とそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。 - 前記触媒層は、前記混合ガスが分散されて流入可能なように、前記燃料ガス流入口とそれぞれ接続される複数のパイプを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。
- 前記チューブサイドは、前記複数のパイプにそれぞれ束状に接続されて、熱交換面積を増大させるように構成されるチューブバンドルを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。
- 前記チューブサイドから流出される前記混合ガスは、燃料極に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。
- 前記触媒層は、CRGF、CRGLH、C11PR、AR−301、RKNGR、酸化触媒、プロパン改質触媒及び多重燃料処理触媒のうちの少なくとも一種を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換型予備改質器。
