Claims (8)
- 自動車用の油圧式ブレーキシステムの操作方法において、
前記油圧式ブレーキシステムは、電気モータにより駆動される少なくとも1つのブレーキ圧生成器を備え、
前記電気モータにより駆動されるブレーキ圧生成器の出力を、自動車の通常の危機的でない走行状態の間は制限し、危機的な走行状態が検出されるとすぐに、前記制限を一時的に停止する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記危機的な走行状態の検出は、ブレーキ圧の監視を含み、
前記ブレーキ圧が予め決定可能なブレーキ圧下限値を上回り、且つ、予め決定可能なブレーキ圧上限値を下回る場合、前記電気モータにより駆動されるブレーキ圧生成器の前記出力の制限を停止し、
前記ブレーキ圧が前記予め決定可能なブレーキ圧上限値を上回ると、又は、前記予め決定可能なブレーキ圧下限値を下回ると、前記制限を再開する方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法において、
前記ブレーキ圧下限値は、約140バールから160バールの範囲の値を有し、
前記ブレーキ圧上限値は、約200バールから約280バールの範囲の値を有する方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記油圧式ブレーキシステムは、監視されるアンチロックシステムをさらに備え、
前記アンチロックシステムが前記自動車の全ての車輪に対してアンチロック制御していない場合、前記電気モータにより駆動されるブレーキ圧生成器の前記出力の制限を停止し、
前記アンチロックシステムが前記自動車の全ての車輪に対してアンチロック制御している場合、前記制限を再開する方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記危機的な走行状態の検出は、前記自動車の運転者によるブレーキ操作数のカウントと、自動車速度の監視とをさらに含み、
前記ブレーキ操作数が予め決定可能なブレーキ操作閾値を上回る場合、前記電気モータにより駆動されるブレーキ圧生成器の前記出力の制限を停止し、
それ以外の場合は前記制限を再開し、
第1ブレーキ操作の間に自動車初期速度を測定し、
前記自動車速度が予め決定可能な速度下限値を上回り、且つ、予め決定可能な速度上限値を下回る場合のみ、前記ブレーキ操作数をカウントする方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、
前記速度下限値は、前記第1ブレーキ操作の間に測定された自動車初期速度を約5km/h下回り、
前記速度上限値は、前記第1ブレーキ操作の間に測定された自動車初期速度を約5km/h上回る方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記自動車は、アクセルと少なくとも1つの制動灯とをさらに備え、
前記油圧式ブレーキシステムは、少なくとも1つの第2ブレーキ圧生成器を備え、
前記自動車の前記アクセルの位置及び前記油圧式ブレーキシステムのブレーキ圧が測定され、
前記制動灯の点灯が監視され、前記アクセルが急に離されたことが検出されるとすぐに、前記第2ブレーキ圧生成器を用いてブレーキプライミング操作を実施し、
前記ブレーキ圧が約1.5バールを上回ると、又は、前記制動灯が点灯するとすぐに、前記ブレーキプライミング操作を終了する方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
前記油圧式ブレーキシステムは、タンデム式ブレーキマスターシリンダとブレーキ圧生成器としての少なくとも1つのESCポンプとを備え、
前記ブレーキプライミング操作を、前記ESCポンプだけを用いて実施する方法。
