Abstract
Description
Henkel AG & Co. KGaAからAdhesin A6058の商品名で市販されているポリ酢酸ビニル分散体を使用した。この分散体は、55%の固形分を有している。少量のアセテート基が加水分解されている。0.5%の非イオン性乳化剤が含まれている。
ポリビニルアルコール(1.5%、Mw:190,000g/mol)を分散体(66.5%)に添加し、水(32%)と混合した。
固形分:38.5%

実施例1と同じ成分を使用したが、量は変更した。

固形分:37.6%
純ポリ酢酸ビニル分散体(Adhesin A6058)を使用した。
固形分:55%
粘度:8500mPas
EVA分散体(Vinamul 3161、Celanese)
固形分:59%
ポリアクリレート−コ−アクリロニトリル(Acronal 81 D、BASF)
固形分:60%
ポリエステルウレタン(Dispercoll KA 8755、Bayer)
固形分:40%
実施例1〜10および比較例1〜4の各分散体を、ドクターブレードまたは可変型ドクターブレードを用いて基材に被覆した。それぞれの場合において、基材は190g/m2厚紙基材(HIG Company)であった。
各被覆を25℃で24時間乾燥した。
層厚さは約20μm(乾燥)であった。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも50重量%(固形分に基づく)の少なくとも1種のポリ酢酸ビニルコポリマーAと、それとは異なり、ヒドロキシ基および/またはイオン性基を有する少なくとも1種のポリマーBとを含んでなる水性分散体の、フィルム基材にバリア被覆を形成するための使用。
- 油性物質、特に11個以上の炭素原子を有する炭化水素または炭化水素誘導体の拡散を防ぐことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- ポリマーBは、ポリビニルアルコール、高分子電解質、セルロース誘導体、キトサン誘導体およびそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- ポリマーBは、70〜99重量%の加水分解度を示すポリビニルアルコールから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の使用。
- 高分子電解質は、両性高分子電解質、アラビアゴム、第四級アンモニウム基を有する少なくとも1種のモノマーとビニルピロリドンとのコポリマー、並びにポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリ(アクリル酸−コ−アクロレイン)、ポリアルギン酸、ペクチン、ポリリン酸、ポリビニルホスホン酸、ポリビニルスルホン酸、ポリビニル硫酸およびポリ(スチレン−4−スルホン酸)の塩から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の使用。
- セルロース誘導体は、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースおよびカルボキシメチルセルロースから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の使用。
- キトサン誘導体は、ピログルタミン酸キトサン、乳酸キトサンおよびヒドロキシプロピルキトサンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の使用。
- ポリマーBの総量(固形分に基づく)は、1〜50重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 分散体は蝋および/または溶媒を含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 分散体は、多孔性物質、特に紙材または厚紙に被覆として付着することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 被覆は3〜40g/m2の厚さ(乾燥)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 基材は、内側にバリア被覆を有する包装材料として成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 包装材料は、製品に面する側に請求項1〜12のいずれかに従って形成された被覆を有することを特徴とする、製品を入れるための包装材料。
- 包装材料の外側は印刷されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の包装材料。
- 包装材料は、少なくとも1つの層がバリア被覆を有する紙材または厚紙からなる多層基材を包含することを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の包装材料。
