Claims (9)
- ロミデプシンとマンニトールとを含む製剤であって、ロミデプシンが非結晶性であり、かつマンニトールが結晶性であり、ロミデプシンとマンニトールとの比が1:2であり、ロミデプシンが下記式を有する、前記製剤：
- 前記製剤が単位剤形であり、該単位剤形が1バイアルあたり10mgのロミデプシンと20mgのマンニトールとを含む、請求項1記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、プロピレングリコール(PG)、エタノール(EtOH)、及び水からなる溶媒系に溶解可能であり、PGの量が10%から70%であり、EtOHの量が15%から65%であり、水の量が20%から60%であり、かつ製剤の量が最大で30mgである、請求項1記載の製剤。
- 溶媒の割合が、45% PG、30% EtOH、及び25% 水である、請求項3記載の製剤。
- 溶媒の割合が、30% PG、40% EtOH、及び30% 水である、請求項3記載の製剤。
- 溶媒の割合が、53.3% PG、13.4% EtOH、及び33.3% 水である、請求項3記載の製剤。
- 前記溶媒系の体積が2mLである、請求項3記載の製剤。
- 前記ロミデプシンの量が10mgであり、かつ前記マンニトールの量が20mgである、請求項3記載の製剤。
- 癌を治療するための請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の製剤を含む、組成物。
