Claims (17)
- 植物及び/又は植物生育の場所に、有効量の枯草菌(Bacillus subtilis)QST713を適用する工程を含む、線虫防除方法。
- 前記適用の前に、前記植物及び/又は前記植物生育の場所に処理が必要であることを確認する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記場所が土壌である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を植物の植え付け前に、植物の植え付け時に、畝間に、または、植物の植え付け後に適用する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を、土壌灌注処理の場合は1エーカー当たり2×1012 〜6×1013cfu、又は畝間処理の場合は1列1000フィート当たり6×1010 〜4×1012cfuの割合で適用する、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記割合が、1エーカー当たり1×1013 〜6×1013cfu、又は1列1000フィート当たり7.5×1011 〜4×1012cfuである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を、植物の根と接触している土壌、又は植物の基部にある土壌に適用する、請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を、1回適用として土壌1グラム当たり7×105 〜1×107cfuの割合で適用する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を、1回適用として土壌1グラム当たり1×106 〜5×106cfuの割合で適用する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を、複数回適用で土壌灌注処理の場合は適用ごとに1エーカー当たり2×1012 〜6×1013cfuの割合で適用する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を、複数回適用で適用ごとに土壌1グラム当たり1×105 〜3×106cfuの割合で適用する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を種子に適用する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第2の殺線虫剤を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記枯草菌QST713を、植物の植え付け時に前記第2の殺線虫剤と組み合わせて適用し、その後の適用では枯草菌QST713を単独で適用する、請求項13に記載の方法。
