Claims (14)
- 特に血糖検査のための、携帯用分析装置であって、
複数の分析補助手段(22)を備えるテストテープ(20)を含む、交換可能なテストテープカセット(18)と、
前記分析補助手段(22)の連続的な供給のために前記テストテープカセット(18)に連結可能なDCモータ(30)および伝動装置(34、36)を備えるテープ駆動部(14)と、
前記DCモータ(30)の回転速度の制御のための制御装置(16)と
を備え、
前記制御装置(16)が、モータ駆動シャフト(32)の実回転速度を記録するために、前記DCモータ(30)上に配置される回転式ピックアップ(38)を備えることを特徴とする携帯用分析装置。 - 前記回転式ピックアップ(38)が、前記回転速度に比例する電気パルスレートを出力信号として生成する間に、前記モータ駆動シャフト(32)の回転を光学的にサンプリングする電気工学エンコーダ(40)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記回転式ピックアップ(38)が、前記モータ駆動シャフト(32)上に回転不能に設置される遮断装置(42)、特に羽根付ホイールまたは有孔円盤と、前記装置に固定され、前記遮断装置(42)と相互作用する光バリア(44)、好ましくはフォークライトバリアとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の携帯用装置。
- タイムクロックパルスを生成するために形成されるクロック生成器(62)と、前記回転式ピックアップ(38)の出力信号(58)の2つの信号エッジの間で、タイムクロックパルスを計数するカウンター(64)とにより特徴付けられる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、前記実回転速度と、制御変数として特定される設定点回転速度との制御差を形成するためのコンパレータ(46)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、設定点回転速度を閉制御ループで調整するための、入力側において制御差を適用可能な制御プロセッサ(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記制御プロセッサ(50)が、好ましくは、ソフトウェアルーチンにより形成される比例制御要素および積分制御要素(52、54)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、作動要素(56)として、パルス幅が変調されたDC電圧を用いて、前記DCモータ(30)を駆動させるためのパルス幅変調器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、0.1〜0.25秒の範囲にある調整時間で、15±2mm/秒の前記テストテープ(20)のテープ速度を達成するために構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記制御装置(16)が、前記分析補助手段(22)のそれぞれの供給に関する一定の供給時間にしたがって、最新の設定点回転速度を定めるための設定点値生成器(66)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記DCモータ(30)の設定点回転速度の値が、連続して番号を付された分析補助手段の検査番号にそれぞれ割り当てられている、設定点値テーブルを記憶するための設定点値メモリ(70)により特徴付けられる請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記テストテープカセット(18)が、特にRFIDチップとして形成され、最新で供給されるべき前記分析補助手段(22)の検査番号の使用に応じた保管のための保管手段(68)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 前記分析補助手段(22)が、環境から保護されているストックスプール(26)からテープの搬送によって引き出され、塗布部位(24)で供給され得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の携帯用装置。
- 複数の分析補助手段(22)を備えるテストテープ(20)が、携帯用装置において交換可能なテストテープカセット(18)の形態で用いられ、前記分析補助手段(22)が、テープ駆動部(14)によって連続して供給され、前記テープ駆動部(14)のDCモータ(30)の回転速度が、制御装置(16)によって制御されている、特に請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載された携帯用分析装置を操作する方法であって、モータ駆動シャフト(32)の実回転速度が、前記DCモータ(30)上に配置された、前記制御装置(16)の回転式ピックアップ(38)によって記録されることを特徴とする方法。
