Abstract
Description
エナメル被覆されたコミュニケーションボード1は、銀含有ゾルゲル12層のディップコーティング又は下記の実験における常圧での化学蒸着による、銀含有仕上げ層を備えていた。
下記の混合物の溶液が作られた。
2−プロパノール 94%
TEOS(オルトケイ酸テトラエチル) 4%
1モルのAgNO3溶液 1%
HNO3 0.8%
懸濁培地:NB培地 1/500 NB
接種テスト:1/500 NBにおける細菌の懸濁は、6x105cells/mlを目標濃度とし、2.5x105cells/mlと10x105 cells/mlの間の細菌濃度を得るために、薄められた。
下記の菌株:
−黄色ブドウ球菌
−大腸菌
培養:前記の細菌懸濁を接種した幾つものサンプルが、35+/−1℃で、24+/−1時間、90%以上の相対湿度で、培養された。
抗菌層がない場合:13,666,667KVE/ml、又は854,167KVE/cm2(Log 7.13、又はLog 5.88)。
抗菌層がある場合:17KVE/ml、又は1KVE/cm2(Log 1.23又はLog 0)。
2−プロパノール 94%
TEOS(オルトケイ酸テトラエチル) 4%
1モルのAgNO3溶液 1%
HNO3 0.8%
抗菌層がない場合:12,100,000KVE/ml、又は756,250KVE/cm2(Log 7.08、又はLog 5.88)。
抗菌層がある場合:99,017KVE/ml、又は6,245KVE/cm2(Log 5.0又はLog 3.8)。
Claims (7)
- コミュニケーションボードの筆記面と背面の両方に500℃を超える温度で焼き鈍されたエナメル被覆(5)を備え、該筆記面には抗菌性の金属もしくは抗菌性の金属酸化物もしくは抗菌性の金属塩の幾つものナノ粒子の構成物から成る抗菌性コーティング(7)が施され、該抗菌性のコーティングは、ゾルゲル(12)ディップコーティング又は常圧でのゾルゲルコーティングの化学蒸着によって、前記面に1つ(7)又は2つ(8,9)の層によって施されている、抗菌性コミュニケーションボード(1)。
- 前記抗菌性の金属が銀又は銅であること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌性コミュニケーションボード(1)。
- 前記金属酸化物が珪酸塩であること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌性コミュニケーションボード(1)。
- 前記化学蒸着が、常圧での火炎補助による化学蒸着又は燃焼化学蒸着であること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌性コミュニケーションボード(1)。
- 前記金属及び金属酸化物又は金属塩が銀、銀酸化物又は硝酸銀から成ること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の抗菌性コミュニケーションボード(1)。
- 前記抗菌性コーティング(6)の作用によって、単位領域当たりの大腸菌の数を、24時間で少なくとも100の減少率で減少させること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌性コミュニケーションボード。
- 請求項1に記載の抗菌性コミュニケーションボード(1)を製造する方法において、該方法は、第1段階において鋼鉄(2)の両面を820℃の温度で焼き鈍し;第2段階において前記の目に触れる側の面(6)に主に白のエナメルによる上塗りを施して約800℃の温度で焼き鈍し;第3段階において熱化学蒸着法によって抗菌性の金属及び金属酸化物を備えた抗菌性コーティング(7)を1つの層(7)又は2つの層(8),(9)で施し;そのコートしたコミュニケーションボードを、所望のフォーマットに切断したり、或いは、その後で行う加工のために丸めたりする作業を全て、一つの製造の流れで実現する連続生産工程を備えている、ことを特徴とする方法。
