Claims (10)
- パイプ壁(2)とパイプ外側(21)上に一周するフィン(3)とを有する金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)であって、前記フィンがフィン脚部(31)、フィン側面(32)およびフィン尖端(33)を有し、その場合にフィン脚部(31)がパイプ壁(2)から実質的に径方向に張り出しており、かつフィン側面(32)に、フィン側面(32)に横に配置されている、付加的な構造部材が設けられており、その場合に実質的に軸方向と径方向に延びる第1の材料突出部(41)が、実質的にパイプ(1)の軸方向と周方向に延びる第2の材料突出部(42)に隣接しており、その場合に第1と第2の材料突出部(41、42)が共通の境界線(43)を有している、前記金属の熱交換器パイプにおいて、
境界線(43)に沿った第1の材料突出部(41)の軸方向の延びが、第2の材料突出部(42)の軸方向の延びよりも小さいことを特徴とする金属の熱交換器パイプ。 - 第1の材料突出部(41)が、フィン尖端(33)から第2の材料突出部(42)へ向かって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。
- 第1の材料突出部(41)の最大の軸方向の延びが、フィン尖端(33)の領域内にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。
- 第1の材料突出部(41)の軸方向の延びが、フィン尖端(33)から第2の材料突出部(42)へ向かって小さくなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。
- 第1の材料突出部(41)の軸方向の延びが、フィン尖端(33)と第2の材料突出部(42)の間で、少なくとも1つの他の局所的最大値を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。
- 境界線(43)に沿った第1の材料突出部(41)の軸方向の延びが、第2の材料突出部(42)の軸方向の延びの最大で半分の大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。
- パイプ壁(2)とパイプ外側(21)上に一周するフィン(3)とを有する金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)であって、前記フィンがフィン脚部(31)、フィン側面(32)およびフィン尖端(33)を有し、その場合にフィン脚部(31)がパイプ壁(2)から実質的に径方向に張り出しており、かつフィン側面(32)に、フィン側面(32)に横に配置されている、付加的な構造部材が設けられており、その場合に実質的に軸方向と径方向に延びる第1の材料突出部(41)と実質的にパイプ(1)の軸方向と周方向に延びる第2の材料突出部(42)が形成されている、前記金属の熱交換器パイプにおいて、
第1の材料突出部(41)がそれぞれ点(44)において第2の材料突出部(42)に隣接し、かつ
この点(44)において、第1の材料突出部(41)の軸方向の延びがゼロに等しい、
ことを特徴とする金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。 - 第1の材料突出部(41)が、フィン尖端(33)から第2の材料突出部(42)へ向かって延びていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。
- パイプ壁(2)とパイプ外側(21)上に一周するフィン(3)とを有する金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)であって、前記フィンがフィン脚部(31)、フィン側面(32)およびフィン尖端(33)を有し、その場合にフィン脚部(31)がパイプ壁(2)から実質的に径方向に張り出しており、かつフィン側面(32)に、フィン側面(32)に横に配置されている、付加的な構造部材が設けられており、その場合に実質的に軸方向と径方向に延びる第1の材料突出部(41)と実質的にパイプ(1)の軸方向と周方向に延びる第2の材料突出部(42)が形成されている、前記金属の熱交換器パイプにおいて、
第1の材料突出部(41)が、第2の材料突出部(42)から離隔して配置されていることを特徴とする金属の熱交換器パイプ。 - 第1の材料突出部(41)が、フィン尖端(33)から径方向に延びており、かつ第1の材料突出部(41)の径方向の延びが、フィン尖端(33)からの第2の材料突出部(42)の径方向の間隔よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の金属の熱交換器パイプ(1)。
