【解決手段】二次電池において、部分的に曲がりやすい領域と、保護材を収納して部分的に曲がりにくい領域を意図的に形成し、丈夫な二次電池を実現する

Description
図1(A)に蓄電体100の模式図の一例を示す。また、蓄電体の外装体に囲まれた内部構造の一例を図1(B)に示す。
本実施の形態では、プレス加工、例えばエンボス加工により外装体のフィルムに凹凸を形成し、外装体で囲まれる領域に保護材110としてシート状のプラスチックフィルムを用いる例を示す。本実施の形態では保護材110を一つ用いる例を示す。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1または実施の形態2を用いて得られる蓄電体を組み込んだ電子機器の一例を示す。

Claims (9)
- フィルムを有する二次電池であって、
前記フィルムで囲まれた領域において、第1の集電体と、
第1の活物質層と、
第2の集電体と、
第2の活物質層と、
保護材と、を有し、
前記第1の集電体と前記第2の集電体とは、互いに一部重なる領域を有し、
前記第1の集電体と前記保護材とは、互いに一部重なる領域を有し、
前記第1の集電体は、前記第1の活物質層と接する第1の領域と、前記第1の活物質層の端面から突出した第2の領域とを有し、
前記第2の集電体は、前記第2の活物質層と接する第3の領域と、前記第2の活物質層の端面から突出した第4の領域とを有し、
前記保護材は、少なくとも前記第2の領域と互いに重なることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1において、前記保護材は、少なくとも前記第4の領域と互いに重なることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、前記保護材は、前記第1の活物質層と一部互いに重なることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一において、前記保護材は、前記第2の活物質層と一部互いに重なることを特徴とする二次電池。
- フィルムを有する二次電池であって、
前記フィルムで囲まれた領域において、第1の集電体と、
第1の活物質層と、
第2の集電体と、
第2の活物質層と、
第1の保護材と、
第2の保護材と、を有し、
前記第1の集電体と前記第2の集電体とは、互いに一部重なる領域を有し、
前記第1の保護材と前記第2の保護材とは、互いに一部重なる領域を有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項5において、前記第1の集電体は、前記第1の活物質層と接する第1の領域と、前記第1の活物質層の端面から突出した第2の領域とを有し、
前記第2の集電体は、前記第2の活物質層と接する第3の領域と、前記第2の活物質層の端面から突出した第4の領域とを有し、
前記第1の保護材と前記第2の保護材の間に前記第2の領域が配置されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項5または請求項6において、前記第1の保護材は、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域の境界と互いに重なることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項5乃至7のいずれか一において、前記第1の保護材は、前記第3の領域と前記第4の領域の境界と互いに重なることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池と、
表示装置、筐体、スピーカ、マイク、または、操作ボタンと、
を有する電子機器。
