CrN/TiN積層皮膜の成膜時間と回数をそれぞれ50分×6回(実施例2)、5分×60回(実施例3)、及びCu金属層の成膜時間と回数をそれぞれ5分×5回(実施例2)、1分×59回(実施例3)に変更した以外は実施例1と同じ条件で、金属(Cu)層含有CrN/TiN積層硬質皮膜の成膜を行った。
CrN/TiN積層皮膜の成膜時間と回数をそれぞれ50分×6回(実施例2)、5分×60回(実施例3)、及びCu金属層の成膜時間と回数をそれぞれ5分×5回(実施例2)、1分×59回(実施例3)に変更した以外は実施例1と同じ条件で、金属(Cu)層含有CrN/TiN積層硬質皮膜の成膜を行った。
