Claims (6)
- スイッチング素子を含む複数のサブモジュールと、
前記複数のサブモジュールを区分するためのアドレスをそれぞれ割り当て、前記割り当てられたアドレスを基準に前記複数のサブモジュールのスイッチング動作条件を決定し、前記決定されたスイッチング動作条件に対応するスイッチング信号を出力する中央制御器と、を含み、
前記中央制御器は、前記割り当てられたアドレスの順番通りに前記複数のサブモジュールに対するスイッチング順番を決定する、モジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。 - 前記中央制御器は、前記複数のサブモジュールが配置された順番に応じて前から順次に前記アドレスを割り当てる、請求項1に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。
- 前記スイッチング動作条件は、充電動作条件、放電動作条件及びバイパス動作条件を含み、
前記中央制御器は、目標電圧及び前記複数のサブモジュールに充電されたそれぞれの充電電圧を基準に先の番号のアドレスを有するサブモジュールから順次に放電動作が行われるようにする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。 - 前記放電動作をするサブモジュールに充電された充電電圧の合計は、前記目標電圧に相応し、
前記中央制御器は、先の番号のアドレスを有するサブモジュールから前記充電電圧を確認し、前記目標電圧に対応する出力電圧を発生するための各サブモジュールのスイッチング動作条件を決定する、請求項3に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。 - 前記中央制御器は、前記放電動作条件で動作するサブモジュールが決定されれば、前記放電動作条件で動作するサブモジュールのうち最後の番号のアドレスを有するサブモジュールの情報を貯蔵する、請求項3又は請求項4に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。
- 前記中央制御器は、
以前時点で放電動作を行った最後の番号のアドレスを有するサブモジュールを確認し、
前記確認したサブモジュールの次のアドレスを有するサブモジュールから順次に放電動作が行われるようにする、請求項4又は請求項5に記載のモジュール型マルチレベルコンバータ。
