【解決手段】 処置具30は、受電ユニット39と、受電ユニット39が受電した電力により駆動される処置部32と、を有し、受電ユニット39が、ソレノイド形状の第1受電コイル31Lと、第1受電コイル31Lと巻方向が逆向きのソレノイド形状の第2受電コイル31Rとを含んでおり、第1受電コイル31Lと第2受電コイル31Rとは、長さおよび巻数が同一であり、かつ、同心円状に配置されており、第1受電コイル31Lに流れる電流の方向と第2受電コイル31Rに流れる電流の方向とが互い逆向きとなるように、第1受電コイル31Lおよび31R第2受電コイルは処置部32に電気的に接続されている。

Description
図1および図2を用いて、第1実施形態の医療器具である処置具30、挿入補助具であるトロッカー10、および医療システム1について説明する。トロッカー10および処置具30は、電源ユニット20とともに医療システム1を構成している。医療システム1では、交流磁界を介してワイヤレスで電力が送受電される。すなわち、トロッカー10は交流磁界を発生する送電ユニット16を有し、処置具30は交流磁界を介してワイヤレスで電力を受電する受電ユニット39と受電ユニット39が受電した電力により駆動される駆動部である処置部32とを有する。
処置具30の挿入部はトロッカー10の挿入孔10Hを介して被検体の体内である腹腔9Aに挿入される。なお、医療システム1では、内視鏡等も別のトロッカーを介して被検体9の腹腔9Aに挿入されるが、説明等は省略する。処置具30は、例えば処置部32に挟持した血管等の被処置部9Bに、高周波電力を印加することで、切開、凝固等の処置を行う高周波処置具である。そして、処置具30は、トロッカー10の挿入孔10Hに挿入されると、トロッカー10の送電ユニット16からワイヤレスで電力を受電する。処置具30は、電力供給のためのケーブルが接続されていないため、操作性がよい。
図5に示す変形例の処置具30Aの受電コイル31Aは、第1受電コイル31LAと第2受電コイル31RAとは、電気的に直列接続されている。ここで、受電コイルは処置具の挿入部に配置され、受電コイルと電気的に接続する共振コンデンサや受電回路は処置具挿入部の基端側に配置されている。
次に図6を用いて、第2実施形態の医療システム1Aについて説明する。医療システム1Aの処置具30は、医療システム1の処置具30と同じ構成であり、医療システム1Aは医療システム1等と類似しているので同じ構成要素には同じ符号を付し説明は省略する。

- 交流磁界と磁気的に結合して電力を受電する、受電回路を含む受電ユニットと、前記受電ユニットが受電した電力により駆動される駆動部と、を有し、
前記受電ユニットが、ソレノイド形状の第1受電コイルと、前記第1受電コイルと巻方向が逆向きのソレノイド形状の第2受電コイルとを含んでおり、
前記第1受電コイルと前記第2受電コイルとは、長さおよび巻数が同一であり、かつ、同心円状に配置されており、
前記第1受電コイルに流れる電流の方向と前記第2受電コイルに流れる電流の方向とが互い逆向きとなるように、前記第1受電コイルおよび前記第2受電コイルは前記受電回路に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする医療器具。 - 前記第1受電コイルと前記第2受電コイルとが電気的に並列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
