Abstract
Description
(一般式(I)におけるAは多環芳香族化合物である。Lは多環芳香族化合物とシアノ基を結ぶ連結基であり、置換または無置換のアリール基、置換または無置換の複素環基を示す。m、n、xは価数を表し、1〜10の何れかの整数である。)

ガラス基板上にRFスパッタ法で、ITO透明電極薄膜を100nmの厚さに成膜し、パターニングした。このITO透明電極付きガラス基板を、中性洗剤、アセトン、エタノールを用いて超音波洗浄し、煮沸エタノール中から引き上げて乾燥した。透明電極表面をUV/O3洗浄した後、真空蒸着装置の基板ホルダーに固定して、槽内を1×10−4Pa以下まで減圧した
発光ドーパントを例示化合物C−8から下記構造の例示化合物E−1に変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして電解発光素子を作成した。
ガラス基板上にRFスパッタ法で、ITO透明電極薄膜を100nmの厚さに成膜し、パターニングした。このITO透明電極付きガラス基板を、中性洗剤、アセトン、エタノールを用いて超音波洗浄し、煮沸エタノール中から引き上げて乾燥した。透明電極表面をUV/O3洗浄した後、真空蒸着装置の基板ホルダーに固定して、槽内を1×10−4Pa以下まで減圧した
全ての例示化合物B−7を例示化合物B−4に変えた以外は実施例3と同様に電界発光素子を作成した。
発光ドーパントを例示化合物C−8から例示化合物C−9に変えた以外は、実施例3と同様にして電界発光素子を作成した。

電子注入層に、Li金属に変えてLiFを用いた以外は実施例6と同様に電界発光素子を作成した。
電子注入層におけるB−7をD−4に変えた以外は実施例6と同様に電界発光素子を作成した。
電子注入層におけるB−7をD−8に変えた以外は実施例6と同様に電界発光素子を作成した。
全ての例示化合物B−7を例示化合物B−11に変えた以外は実施例6と同様に電界発光素子を作成した。
正孔注入層における酸化モリブデンを酸化バナジウムに変えた以外は実施例3と同様に電界発光素子を作成した。

電子注入層として例示化合物D−4をトリス(8−ヒドロキシキノリン)アルミニウム(Alq3)に変えた以外は実施例3と同様にして電解発光素子を作成した。

Claims (5)
- 陽極および陰極からなる一対の電極間に、少なくとも1層の発光層を含む積層された複数の有機層が挟持された電界発光素子において、前記複数の有機層の全ての層にアントラセン誘導体が含まれていることを特徴とする電界発光素子。
- 陽極と発光層との間にアントラセン誘導体を含む正孔注入層を有し、かつ前記正孔注入層に電子アクセプターがドーピングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界発光素子。
- 陰極と発光層との間にアントラセン誘導体を含む電子注入層を有し、かつ前記電子注入層に電子ドナーがドーピングされていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電界発光素子。
- 前記複数の有機層の全てに、同一のアントラセン誘導体が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電界発光素子。
