Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、車両としてのフォークリフト10の車体には、荷役装置11が装備されている。荷役装置11は、左右一対のアウタマスト12とインナマスト13とからなる多段式のマスト14を備え、アウタマスト12には油圧式のティルトシリンダ15が連結されているとともにインナマスト13には油圧式のリフトシリンダ16が連結されている。マスト14は、ティルトシリンダ15に対する作動油の給排によって車体の前後方向に前傾動作又は後傾動作を行う。インナマスト13は、リフトシリンダ16に対する作動油の給排によって車体の上下方向に昇降動作を行う。また、インナマスト13には、リフトブラケット17を介してフォーク18が設けられている。フォーク18は、リフトシリンダ16の作動によってインナマスト13がアウタマスト12に沿って昇降動作を行うことにより、リフトブラケット17とともに昇降動作を行う。
車両制御装置30は、エコモードスイッチ35の操作状態にてエンジン制御装置31に対するトルク制限値を切り替える。車両制御装置30は、エコモードスイッチ35がオフの操作状態のときを通常モードとし、エコモードスイッチ35がオンの操作状態のときをエコモードとする。通常モードではアクセル開度に応じたR1%(例えば100%)のトルクを出力するのに対し、エコモードではトルク制限がかけられ、エンジン19のトルクを通常モードのときよりも低いR2%(例えば通常モードの80%)に抑えることによりエンジン19の燃料消費量を抑えている。トルク制限値は、車両の積載可能重量や搭載されるエンジン19の仕様や作業の内容などを考慮して最適な制限値を予め定めている。本実施形態では、通常モードにおけるトルク制限値が規定トルク制限値となる。
(1)エコモードにおいて、エンジン出力が安定してえられない状況では、エンジン19のトルク制限を解除することができる。このため、例えばエンジン19の始動後、暖機が十分に行われていない状態で油圧作動装置(ティルトシリンダ15やリフトシリンダ16)を駆動させても、エンジン19のトルクが不足するなどの事態を回避できる。したがって、エンジンストールの発生を好適に防止することができる。
(7)エンジン19の冷却水の温度をもとにトルク制限をかけるか否かを判断することで、既存の構成(温度センサ37)を用いてエンジン19を制御することができる。その結果、コストを増加させることなく、燃費性能の向上とともに、エンジンストールの発生を防止することができる。
○ エコモードにおいて温度T1を超え、トルク制限を行う場合、第1の制御(温度変化制御)のみによって規定トルク制限値R2に基づくトルク制限指令に戻すようにしても良い。これによれば、トルク制限値の急激な変化によるエンジン回転数の急激な変化を抑制することができる。したがって、フォークリフト10を安定して制御することができる。
○ エコモードにおいて、油圧作動装置の作動油の温度をもとに、トルク制限を解除するか否かを判断しても良い。また、動力伝達機構22をトルクコンバータで構成する場合、エコモードにおいて、トルクコンバータの作動油の温度をもとに、トルク制限を解除するか否かを判断しても良い。また、エンジン19の温度として、冷却水の温度に代えて、エンジン潤滑油(エンジンオイル)の温度を検出しても良い。そして、エコモードにおいて、エンジン潤滑油の温度をもとに、トルク制限を解除するか否かを判断しても良い。実施形態のエンジン19の温度及びトルクコンバータの作動油の温度は駆動系の温度であり、油圧作動装置の作動油は荷役系の温度である。
○ 実施形態は、油圧作動装置としてパワーステアリング機構を動作させる油圧シリンダをさらに備えたフォークリフト10に具体化しても良い。
○ 動力伝達機構22はトルクコンバータを用いても良いし、マニュアル式トランスミッションを用いても良い。
Claims (5)
- エンジンの動力によって作動する油圧作動装置を備えた車両において、
エンジンの温度、又は作動油の温度を検出する温度検出部と、
前記エンジンを制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
エコモードにおいて前記エンジンのトルク制限を予め定めた規定トルク制限値にしたがって行うことができ、
前記温度検出部の検出温度が予め定めた解除温度以下の場合には前記エコモードにおいて前記規定トルク制限値に基づく前記トルク制限を行わずに前記エンジンを制御し、
前記解除温度は、トルク制限した際にエンジン出力が安定しにくいとされる温度に定められている油圧作動装置を備えた車両。 - 前記制御部は、前記検出温度が予め定めた規定温度以上の場合、前記エコモードにおいて前記規定トルク制限値にしたがってトルク制限を行い、
前記規定温度は、前記解除温度よりも高い温度である請求項1に記載の油圧作動装置を備えた車両。 - 前記制御部は、前記検出温度が前記解除温度を超えた場合、前記解除温度から前記規定温度に達するまでの間、温度上昇に合わせてトルク制限値を徐々に変化させる請求項2に記載の油圧作動装置を備えた車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記検出温度が前記解除温度を超えた場合、時間の経過とともにトルク制限値を徐々に変化させる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の油圧作動装置を備えた車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記検出温度が前記解除温度を超えた場合、前記解除温度から前記規定温度に達するまでの間、温度上昇に合わせてトルク制限値を徐々に変化させる温度変化制御と、時間の経過とともにトルク制限値を徐々に変化させる時間変化制御と、を行うことができ、
前記温度変化制御を行う場合のトルク制限値の変化率と前記時間変化制御を行う場合のトルク制限値の変化率のうち、変化率の小さくなる方の制御を行う請求項2に記載の油圧作動装置を備えた車両。
