Abstract
【解決手段】この熱交換器100は、第1流体および第2流体がそれぞれ流れる流路14を有するとともに、第1流体および第2流体との間で熱交換を行うコア部1と、コア部1に取り付けられ、第1流体または第2流体を流路14に流入または流路14から流出させるためのヘッダ部2と、コア部1とヘッダ部2との間に設けられ、枠状を有し、コア部1とヘッダ部2とを接合するための中間部材3とを備え、中間部材3の角部31a〜31dは、コア部1側の曲率半径R2がヘッダ部2側の曲率半径R3よりも小さくなるように構成されている。

Claims (5)
- 第1流体および第2流体がそれぞれ流れる流路を有するとともに、前記第1流体および前記第2流体との間で熱交換を行うコア部と、
前記コア部に取り付けられ、前記第1流体または前記第2流体を前記流路に流入または前記流路から流出させるためのヘッダ部と、
前記コア部と前記ヘッダ部との間に設けられ、枠状を有し、前記コア部と前記ヘッダ部とを接合するための中間部材とを備え、
前記中間部材の角部は、前記コア部側の曲率半径が前記ヘッダ部側の曲率半径よりも小さくなるように構成されている、熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換器は、前記コア部に触媒が充填される触媒反応器を含み、
前記中間部材は、前記コア部側に設けられ、前記コア部側の曲率半径が前記ヘッダ部側の曲率半径よりも小さくなるように構成されている曲率半径変化部と、前記曲率半径変化部に接続されるとともに前記ヘッダ部側に設けられ、角部の曲率半径が前記コア部側から前記ヘッダ部側に向かって略変化しないように構成されている曲率半径非変化部とを含む、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記ヘッダ部は、プレス加工されることにより、前記ヘッダ部の取付け方向から見て、4つの角部が円弧状を有する略矩形形状に形成されており、
前記曲率半径非変化部の4つの角部の曲率半径は、前記ヘッダ部の厚みの1.5倍よりも大きく、前記曲率半径非変化部と前記ヘッダ部との境界における前記ヘッダ部の曲率半径と略等しい、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記ヘッダ部と前記曲率半径非変化部とは、溶接により接合されるように構成されており、
前記コア部に設けられる触媒を交換する際に、前記ヘッダ部が前記曲率半径非変化部に溶接された部分において切断されて触媒が交換された後、前記ヘッダ部と前記曲率半径非変化部とが溶接により再び接合されるように構成されている、請求項2または3に記載の熱交換器。
