Abstract
【解決手段】リアサイドブロック15に形成したサライ溝30の、ロータ回転方向前側のサライ溝先端部30aを拡大し、冷媒ガスの圧縮過程の終盤で、ベーン溝23の底部23aがロータ11の回転にともなって、連通状態にあるサライ溝30のロータ回転方向前側のサライ溝先端部30a(径方向端部30a2)から離れるまでの連通断面積Aが大きくなるようにする。

Description
<実施形態1>
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る気体圧縮機の一例としてのベーンロータリー型の気体圧縮機(以下、「コンプレッサ」という)を示す概略断面図である。
図示のコンプレッサ1は、例えば、冷却媒体の気化熱を利用して冷却を行なう空気調和システム(以下、「空調システム」という)の一部として構成され、この空調システムの他の構成要素である凝縮器、膨張弁、蒸発器等(いずれも図示を省略する)とともに冷却媒体の循環経路上に設けられている。なお、このような空調システムとしては、例えば、車両(自動車など)の車室内の温度調整を行うための空調装置が挙げられる。
図2に示すように、シリンダ12の内周面12aとロータ11の外周面11aと両サイドブロック14,15(図1参照)との間の空間には、等間隔で設置された5つのベーン13によって仕切られた複数の圧縮室22a,22bが形成されている。
図7は、本発明の実施形態2に係るコンプレッサ(ベーンロータリー型の気体圧縮機)を示す概略断面図、図8は、図7のB−B線断面図である。

Claims (3)
- 回転軸と一体的に回転する略円柱状のロータと、前記ロータを該ロータの外周面の外方から取り囲む輪郭形状の内周面を有するシリンダと、前記ロータに形成したベーン溝に摺動可能に挿入され、前記ベーン溝からの背圧を受けて前記シリンダの内周面に先端側が当接可能に設けられた複数枚の板状のベーンと、前記ロータ及び前記シリンダの両端をそれぞれ塞ぐ2つのサイドブロックとを有する圧縮機本体を備え、
前記圧縮機本体の内部には、前記ロータの外周面と前記シリンダの内周面と前記両サイドブロックの各内側の面と前記ベーンとによって仕切られた圧縮室が複数形成され、前記圧縮室に供給された媒体を圧縮して、圧縮された高圧の媒体を吐出する気体圧縮機であって、
前記2つのサイドブロックのうちの少なくとも一方のサイドブロックの、前記ロータの端面に向いた面に、前記媒体の圧縮過程で前記ベーン溝の底部と連通し、前記ベーン溝の底部に前記ベーンを前記シリンダの内周面側に突出させる前記背圧を供給する背圧供給溝を有し、
前記背圧供給溝の、ロータ回転方向前側の外周先端側を拡大し、
前記圧縮室での媒体の圧縮過程の終盤で、前記ロータの回転にともなって、前記ベーン溝の底部が連通状態にある前記背圧供給溝のロータ回転方向前側の先端部から離れるまでの連通断面積が大きくなるようにすることを特徴とする気体圧縮機。 - 前記背圧供給溝のロータ回転方向前側の先端部は、径方向端部が直線的に形成され、前記ベーン溝の底部は拡径された円弧状に形成されており、
前記ベーン溝の底部は、前記圧縮室での媒体の圧縮過程の終盤で、前記径方向端部を横切るようにして前記背圧供給溝から離れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体圧縮機。 - 前記ベーン溝の底部は、前記圧縮室での媒体の圧縮過程の終盤で前記背圧供給溝から離れた後の非連通領域において、前記背圧供給溝から供給される背圧よりも高圧の背圧が供給される高圧供給穴と連通されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の気体圧縮機。
