Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態の光照射装置33は、積層造形装置用である。光照射装置33は、分岐部73と、集光部74と、機能部75と、を備える。分岐部73は、第一の光束200を複数の第二の光束200aに分岐させる。集光部74は、複数の第二の光束200aを集光する。機能部75の少なくとも一部は、複数の第二の光束200aの間または複数の第二の光束200aに囲まれた位置に位置されている。

Description
図1に示されるように、積層造形装置1は、処理槽11や、ステージ12、移動装置13、ノズル装置14、光学装置15、計測装置16、制御装置17等を備えている。
本実施形態は、ノズル33Aが第1の実施形態に対して異なる。図9に示されるように、ノズル33Aは、レンズ72、ミラー73、レンズ74、および管75の他に、管76を備えている。また、レンズ74が第1の実施形態に対して異なる。
本実施形態では、ノズル33Bが第1の実施形態に対して異なる。ノズル33Bは、図11ないし図13に示されるように、レンズ72と、レンズ77と、レンズ78と、レンズ74と、管75と、管76と、を有している。
本実施形態は、ノズル33Cが主に第1の実施形態に対して異なる。ノズル33Cは、図16に示されるように、レンズ72、ミラー73、レンズ74、および管75の他に、管80を有している。本実施形態では、管80が材料噴射用であり、管75は、気体吸引用である。

- 第一の光束を複数の第二の光束に分岐させる分岐部と、
前記複数の第二の光束を集光する集光部と、
前記複数の第二の光束の間または前記複数の第二の光束に囲まれた位置に、少なくとも一部が位置された機能部と、
を備えた積層造形装置用の光照射装置。 - 前記分岐部は、第一の方向を視線方向として前記機能部を見たとき、前記機能部と重なる位置で前記機能部の後方に位置された第一の反射面と、前記機能部から外れた位置で前記第一の反射面よりも前方に位置された第二の反射面と、を有した、請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記分岐部は、複数の前記第二の反射面を有し、
前記第一の反射面は、前記第一の方向を視線方向として前記機能部を見たとき、前記第二の反射面の間に位置された、請求項2に記載の光照射装置。 - 前記分岐部は、前記第一の光束が入射される複数の凸面状の入射面と、前記第二の光束を出射する一つの出射面と、を有した第一のレンズである、請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第一のレンズと前記集光部との間に設けられ、入射された複数の前記第二の光束を平行光束にして出射する第二のレンズを備えた、請求項4に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第二のレンズには、前記複数の第二の光束の、当該第二のレンズの中心側の位置に、前記機能部の一部を収容する第一の開口部が設けられた、請求項5に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記集光部は、第三のレンズであり、
前記第三のレンズには、前記複数の第二の光束の、当該第三のレンズの中心側の位置に、前記機能部の一部を収容する第二の開口部が設けられた、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。 - 前記第三のレンズには、前記第二の光束が通る複数の領域から外れた位置に、前記第二の開口部が設けられた、請求項7に記載の光照射装置。
