Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elevator and a compensatory pulley used therefor, and more particularly to an elevator suitable for a high-lift elevator and a compensatory pulley used therefor.
A conventional rope traction type elevator employs a so-called vine type in which a main rope is wound around a hoisting machine and a deflector, a car is attached to one end of the main rope, and a counterweight is attached to the other end. In this rope traction type elevator, the weight of the main rope on each side is added to the weight of the car and the weight of the counterweight, and this acts as the tension of the main rope on each side.
Therefore, when the car moves to the top floor or the bottom floor, the tension difference due to the main rope length is maximized. In order to reduce the tension difference between the main ropes, a tension compensating pulley (hereinafter referred to as Compen pulley) is installed in the pit at the bottom of the hoistway, and a rope wound around the Compen pulley (hereinafter referred to as Compen rope). Is connected to the car and the counterweight. This compensates for the unbalanced tension of the main rope.
In a conventional rope traction type elevator having a compensation pulley, one end of the compensation rope is attached to a car and the other end is attached to a counterweight, and an intermediate portion of the compensation rope is wound around the compensation pulley. This reduces the tension difference between the main ropes.
However, in the conventional rope traction type elevator, a compensator pulley has to be designed for each elevator, resulting in an increase in manufacturing cost and man-hours. In other words, the specifications of elevator capacity (car weight), lift, etc. vary from building to building, so the optimum compensation pulleys also differ from building to building, preventing standardization of the compensation pulley. Further, in an elevator that is used at a high speed because of the high head, the tension difference due to the weight of the main rope becomes large, the compensator pulley must be enlarged, and there is a possibility that it cannot be accommodated in the pit. Furthermore, since the tension of the compensation rope depends on the weight of the compensation rope and the weight of the compensation pulley, the tension cannot be adjusted when a traction failure occurs due to a change in the car weight or a change in the building dimensions.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and the object thereof is to easily add the tension of the main rope and avoid the enlargement of the compensatory pulley even in an elevator with a high head. It is in. Another object of the present invention is to expand the tension range of the main rope with the same compensatory pulley.
A feature of the present invention that achieves the above-described object is that a car and a counterweight moving up and down in a hoistway, the car at one end, and the counterweight at the other end are connected to each other and driven by a hoisting machine. An elevator including a main rope, a compen- sion rope connecting between the bottom of the car and the counterweight, and a compen- sion pulley interposed in an intermediate part of the compen- sion rope. A drum portion around which a compen- sion rope is wound, and a pair of compensatory pulley guide rails that are fixed in the hoistway and allow the drum portion to move in the vertical direction, and are wound around the drum portion. A tension adjusting mechanism for applying tension to the compen- sion rope is attached to the compen- sion pulley, and the tension adjusting mechanism is connected to the compen- sion pulley guide rail. It generates a biasing force by the spring provided between said drum unit is to apply tension to the compensator ropes.
Another feature of the present invention that achieves the above object is a compensator that applies tension to a compo rope connected at both ends to an elevator car and a counterweight, and a tension that can adjust the tension applied to the compen rope. An adjustment mechanism is provided, and the tension adjustment mechanism has a pair of compensatory pulley guide rails fixedly provided in a hoistway in which the car goes up and down, and a drum portion rotatably provided between the side plates and the side plates. A pulley body, a guide plate that covers the top surface of the pulley body, a fixing bracket that is attached to the Compensation pulley guide rail and is positioned above the guide plate, and is provided with a screw rod fixed thereto, and screwed into the screw rod A movable plate with a nut to be applied, and a biasing force disposed between the guide plate and the movable plate And a spring for generating, certain biasing force the spring up and down the movable plate by rotating the nut occurs adding a tension to the compensator ropes.
According to the present invention, since the elevator has a compensation pulley and the tension adjustment mechanism is provided on the compensation pulley, the tension of the main rope can be easily added even if the elevator has a high head, and the large size of the compensation pulley. Can be avoided. Moreover, the load compensation range of the main rope can be expanded with the same compen pulley.
Other objects, functions and effects of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description of the invention described below.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an elevator according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an
A
Here, in the
The
However, the fluctuations in the length L CA of the main rope 5a on the
In order to eliminate this problem, the compen-

Compensation pulley guides 11 are provided at two places in the vertical direction on the outer surface of each
A pair of compensatory
On the
Until now, the weight of the
Therefore, in the present invention, a
A fixing
On the other hand, a
Through
The lower end portion of each
The
As shown in FIG. 6, the
In principle, the adjustment of the
According to the present embodiment, the amount of compression of the
Further, according to the present embodiment, the urging force generated by the spring on the compen- sion rope can be added as tension, so that even if the compensator pulley size is reduced, a large tension can be applied by increasing the urging force of the spring. Furthermore, if a non-linear spring such as an unequal pitch spring or a conical coil spring is used as the tension application spring, the tension adjustment range can be expanded. The biasing force of the spring for applying tension is usually about 1 kN. However, the urging force is not limited to this, and a spring that generates a larger urging force may be used.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented in various other forms.
