Abstract
Description

Claims (1)
- 表示装置であって、
複数の画素と、
FSC(field sequential color)画像形成を用いて複数の寄与色に対応する複数の組のサブフレーム画像を表示することによって、画像フレームに対応する各色を前記表示装置の前記画素に生成させるように構成されたコントローラであって、前記寄与色は複数の成分色および少なくとも1つの合成色を含み、前記合成色は、実質的に前記複数の成分色のうち少なくとも2つからなる組合せである色に対応するコントローラを備え、
画像フレームを表示する際に、
前記表示装置は、第2の成分色に対応するサブフレーム画像の数と比較してより多くの数の、第1の成分色に対応するサブフレーム画像を表示し、
前記寄与色のうち少なくとも第1の寄与色に対して、前記表示装置は、第1の組の画素状態を生成することによって第1の画素に対して前記第1の寄与色の所与の輝度を出力し、異なる第2の組の画素状態を生成することによって第2の画素に対して前記第1の成分色の同一の輝度を出力するように構成された、
