Claims (3)
- 黒鉛を酸化させて生成する酸化黒鉛の製造方法において、
前記黒鉛を酸化剤により酸化させて酸素含有量を35%以上とした中間酸化黒鉛を生成する酸化工程と、
前記中間酸化黒鉛を還元剤で還元することで酸素含有量を15〜30%とする還元工程と
を有する酸化黒鉛の製造方法。 - 前記中間酸化黒鉛が酸化グラフェンである請求項1に記載の酸化黒鉛の製造方法。
- 黒鉛を酸化させることで酸素含有量を15〜30%に調整した酸化黒鉛であって、
前記黒鉛は、酸素含有量を35%以上に酸化させた後に還元剤で還元することで酸素含有量を15〜30%とした酸化黒鉛。
