Abstract
【解決手段】タッチパネルは、タッチセンシングのための電極パターンを有する電極層20及び電極層の上部に形成され、電極パターンと一定の交差角をなすパターンを有するオーバーコート層30を含んで形成される。液晶表示装置は、タッチパネルを上部に付着するか、内部に形成する。

Claims (13)
- タッチセンシングのための電極パターンを有する電極層、および
前記電極層の上部に形成され、前記電極パターンと一定の交差角をなすパターンを有するオーバーコート層を含むタッチパネル。 - 前記交差角は10度〜20度である請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記電極パターンと前記オーバーコート層のパターンが同一である請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記電極パターンとオーバーコート層のパターンは、単位線が平行に繰り返される形態である請求項3に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記オーバーコート層は、
前記電極層の上部に形成され、パターンを有さない第1オーバーコート層、および
前記第1オーバーコート層の上部に形成され、パターンを有する第2オーバーコート層を含む請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記オーバーコート層のパターンは、前記オーバーコート層の一部領域を全部または一部食刻して形成するものである請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 下部基板および前記下部基板と液晶層を介して接合される上部基板を含む液晶表示装置において、
前記上部基板の上部に付着するか、前記上部基板の内部に形成されたタッチパネルを含み、
前記タッチパネルは、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に係るタッチパネルである液晶表示装置。 - タッチセンシングのための電極パターンを形成する電極層形成段階、および
前記電極パターンと一定の交差角を持つパターンを有するオーバーコート層を前記電極層の上部に形成するオーバーコート層形成段階を含むタッチパネル形成方法。 - 前記オーバーコート層形成段階は、
前記電極層を覆う第1オーバーコート物質を塗布する段階、
前記第1オーバーコート物質を覆う第2オーバーコート物質を塗布する段階、および
前記第2オーバーコート物質を食刻して、前記電極層パターンと一定の交差角を有するパターンを形成する段階を含む請求項8に記載のタッチパネル形成方法。 - 前記オーバーコート層形成段階は、
前記電極層を覆うオーバーコート物質を塗布する段階、および
塗布された前記オーバーコート物質の一部領域を全部または一部食刻して、前記電極層パターンと一定の交差角を有するパターンを形成する段階を含む請求項8に記載のタッチパネル形成方法。 - 前記交差角は10度〜20度である請求項8に記載のタッチパネル形成方法。
- 前記オーバーコート層形成段階でオーバーコート層が前記電極パターンと同じパターンを有するように形成する請求項8に記載のタッチパネル形成方法。
- 前記電極層と前記オーバーコート層が、単位線が平行に繰り返されるパターンを有するように形成する請求項12に記載のタッチパネル形成方法。
