Abstract
【解決手段】電線2、ワイヤーハーネス1は、線状の導体41と、導体41の外周側を覆う被覆本体部61、及び、被覆本体部61の外周面61aに当該被覆本体部61と一体で突状に形成されるリブ部62を含んで構成される被覆部材6とを備えることを特徴とする。したがって、電線2、ワイヤーハーネス1は、例えば、コルゲートチューブやプロテクタ等の外装部材を用いなくても、被覆本体部61と一体で形成されるリブ部62によって所定の剛性を確保し経路規制を行うことができるので、配索時の作業性を向上することができる、という効果を奏する。

Description
図1は、実施形態1に係るワイヤーハーネスの配索状態を示す模式図である。図2は、実施形態1に係る電線の模式的な断面図(図3に示すA−A断面図)である。図3は、実施形態1に係る電線の模式的な側面図である。図4は、実施形態1に係るワイヤーハーネスの導電路について説明する模式図である。
図5は、実施形態2に係る電線の模式的な側面図である。実施形態2に係る電線、ワイヤーハーネスは、屈曲部にもリブ部を有する点で実施形態1とは異なる。その他、上述した実施形態と共通する構成、作用、効果については、重複した説明はできるだけ省略し、また、適宜図1から図4を参照する(以下で説明する実施形態、変形例でも同様である。)。
図6は、実施形態3に係る電線の模式的な断面図である。実施形態3に係る電線、ワイヤーハーネスは、被覆部材が屈曲外側部と屈曲内側部とを有する点で実施形態1、2とは異なる。
図7は、実施形態4に係る電線の模式的な断面図である。実施形態4に係る電線、ワイヤーハーネスは、当該電線が絶縁電線を有する点で実施形態1、2、3とは異なる。

- 線状の導体と、
前記導体の外周側を覆う被覆本体部、及び、前記被覆本体部の外周面に当該被覆本体部と一体で突状に形成されるリブ部を含んで構成される被覆部材とを備えることを特徴とする、
電線。 - 前記被覆部材は、前記導体の延在方向で前記リブ部の密度が相互に異なる部位を有する、
請求項1に記載の電線。 - 前記被覆部材は、前記導体の延在方向に沿って前記リブ部が形成される直線状部と、前記導体の延在方向に沿って前記直線状部と並んで設けられ当該直線状部よりも前記リブ部が疎である屈曲部とを有する、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電線。 - 前記被覆部材は、当該被覆本体部の周方向で前記リブ部の密度が相互に異なる部位を有する、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電線。 - 前記被覆部材は、前記リブ部が形成される屈曲外側部と、前記被覆本体部の周方向に沿って前記屈曲外側部と並んで設けられ当該屈曲外側部よりも前記リブ部が疎である屈曲内側部とを有する、
