Abstract
【解決手段】液体燃料供給システムは、燃焼室に液体燃料を噴射する噴射弁と、噴射弁から燃焼室に噴射される液体燃料の噴射圧力を調整可能な制御装置と、を備える。噴射圧力は、噴射弁からの液体燃料の噴射が開始されるときの液体燃料の開始時噴射圧力を含む。制御装置は、燃焼室に液体燃料及び気体燃料の両方が供給されるガスモードにおける開始時噴射圧力が、燃焼室に液体燃料が供給され気体燃料が供給されないディーゼルモードにおける開始時噴射圧力よりも高くなるように調整する。

Claims (5)
- デュアルフューエルエンジンの燃焼室に液体燃料を供給する液体燃料供給システムであって、
前記燃焼室に前記液体燃料を噴射する噴射弁と、
前記噴射弁から前記燃焼室に噴射される前記液体燃料の噴射圧力を調整可能な制御装置と、を備え、
前記噴射圧力は、前記噴射弁からの前記液体燃料の噴射が開始されるときの前記液体燃料の開始時噴射圧力を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記燃焼室に前記液体燃料及び前記気体燃料の両方が供給されるガスモードにおける前記開始時噴射圧力が、前記燃焼室に前記液体燃料が供給され気体燃料が供給されないディーゼルモードにおける前記開始時噴射圧力よりも高くなるように調整する液体燃料供給システム。 - ピストンを有し、前記噴射弁に前記液体燃料を供給可能なポンプと、
前記ピストンを作動可能な作動液体が満たされる高圧通路と、
前記高圧通路の内側位置と外側位置との間を移動可能であり、前記内側位置に配置されて前記高圧通路を閉じ、前記外側位置に配置されて前記高圧通路を開く主弁と、
前記高圧通路と接続可能であり、前記高圧通路と接続された状態で前記高圧通路から前記主弁に供給される前記作動液体が流れる供給通路と、
前記供給通路と接続可能なスピル通路と、
前記供給通路と前記高圧通路とを接続して前記主弁が前記内側位置に配置される状態、及び前記供給通路と前記スピル通路とを接続して前記主弁が前記外側位置に配置される状態の一方から他方に切り替えるメイン電磁弁と、
前記スピル通路に配置され、前記供給通路から流出する前記作動液体の流量を調整して、前記主弁が前記内側位置から前記外側位置に向かって移動するときの前記主弁の移動速度を調整可能なサブ電磁弁と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記メイン電磁弁及び前記サブ電磁弁を制御して、前記噴射圧力を調整し、前記ディーゼルモードにおいて前記主弁が第1速度で前記内側位置から移動し、前記ガスモードにおいて前記主弁が前記第1速度よりも高い第2速度で前記内側位置から移動するように前記メイン電磁弁及び前記サブ電磁弁を制御することによって、前記ディーゼルモード及び前記ガスモードのそれぞれにおける前記開始時噴射圧力を調整する請求項1に記載の液体燃料供給システム。 - 前記スピル通路は、クイックスピル通路と、前記クイックスピル通路よりも狭いスロースピル通路と、を含み、
前記サブ電磁弁は、前記供給通路からの前記作動液体が前記クイックスピル通路を流れる状態、及び前記供給通路からの前記作動液体が前記クイックスピル通路を流れない状態の一方から他方に切り替える請求項2に記載の液体燃料供給システム。 - 前記サブ電磁弁は、ソレノイドを含む請求項2又は請求項3に記載の液体燃料供給システム。
- 前記ディーゼルモードにおいて、前記主弁は、前記内側位置から前記外側位置までの移動期間の前期において前記第1速度で移動し、前記移動期間の後期において前記第1速度よりも高い速度で移動する請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の液体燃料供給システム。
