Description
本発明のさらなる目的は、それに対応する燃料噴射方法、および大型ディーゼルエンジンを提案することである。
本発明に従って設計される燃料噴射ノズルを提供するステップと、
第1の制御弁を作動させて噴射プロセスを開始するステップと、
噴射プロセスの間、第1の制御弁、かつ随意的に任意に第2の制御弁の複数を作動させるステップと、が含まれる。
Claims (15)
- 大型ディーゼルエンジンのための燃料噴射ノズルであって、
燃焼室(50)に燃料を注入可能な少なくとも1つのノズル孔(30)を有するノズルヘッド(3)と、
圧力チャンバ(5)に燃料を注入可能な燃料パイプ(4)と、
バネ(12)が装着され、弁ピストン(61)、および前記弁ピストン(61)に接続するノズルニードル(62)を有する弁本体(6)と、
前記ノズルニードル(62)と協働するよう設計される弁座(11)であって、開放状態では、前記圧力チャンバと(5)前記ノズルヘッド(3)との間の流れ接続が、前記弁本体(6)のストロークにより開放され、閉鎖状態では、前記ノズルニードル(62)が密封して前記弁座(11)と協働して、前記圧力チャンバ(5)と前記ノズルヘッド(3)との間の流れ接続を閉鎖する、弁座(11)と、を含み、
前記弁ピストン(61)の上部(614)によって制限される上部チャンバ(9)と、
前記弁ピストン(61)の下部(615)によって制限される下部チャンバ(10)と、
前記上部チャンバ(9)を前記燃料パイプ(4)に接続する第1の供給パイプ(21)と、
前記上部チャンバ(9)を燃料の第1の出口(91)に接続する第1の排出パイプ(31)と、
前記下部チャンバ(10)を前記燃料パイプ(4)に接続する第2の供給パイプ(22)と、
前記下部チャンバ(10)を第2の出口(92)に接続する第2の排出パイプ(32)と、が設けられ、
第1の制御弁(7)であって、閉鎖位置では、前記第2の供給パイプ(22)と前記第1の排出パイプ(31)の両方を閉鎖し、開放位置では、前記第2の供給パイプ(22)と前記第1の排出パイプ(31)の両方を開放する第1の制御弁(7)がさらに設けられ、
第2の制御弁(8)であって、閉鎖位置では、前記第2の排出パイプ(32)を閉鎖し、開放位置では、前記第2の排出パイプ(32)を開放する第2の制御弁(8)がさらに設けられ、
前記第1の制御弁(7)と前記第2の制御弁(8)とが、独立して交互に作動する、燃料噴射ノズル。 - 前記第1の制御弁(7)と前記第2の制御弁(8)がそれぞれ、バネ付勢の電磁弁として構成され、電流が印加されると、前記電磁弁がバネ(71;81)の力に抗して前記閉鎖位置から前記開放位置に切り替わる、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記第1の制御弁(7)および前記第2の制御弁(8)は、弁スライド(72;82)を備えた摺動弁としてそれぞれ設計される、請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記上部チャンバ(9)を前記燃料パイプ(4)に接続する第3の供給パイプ(23)が設けられ、前記第2の制御弁(8)が、前記閉鎖位置では、前記第3の供給パイプ(23)を閉鎖し、前記開放位置では、前記第3の供給パイプ(23)を開放する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記弁ピストン(61)が、接続要素(613)により、油圧的に、かつ/あるいは、機械的に互いに接続する、上部ピストン(611)と下部ピストン(612)を含み、前記上部ピストンが前記弁ピストン(61)の前記上部(614)を形成し、前記下部ピストン(612)が前記弁ピストン(61)の前記下部(615)を形成する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記下部ピストン(612)が中空ピストンとして設計され、前記弁ピストン(61)を装着する前記バネ(12)を受ける、請求項5に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記上部ピストン(611)の前記下部と前記下部ピストン(612)の前記上部との間の圧力を均等化するための補償パイプ(41)が設けられ、前記補償パイプを通って燃料を排出できる、請求項5~6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記開放状態で開いている前記流れ接続部の前記流れ断面が、前記圧力チャンバ(5)と前記ノズルヘッド(3)との間で変更可能となるよう、前記弁本体(6)のストロークが調整可能である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記第2の供給パイプ(22)は、前記燃料パイプ(4)の直径の50%以下の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記第1の供給パイプ(21)の直径が、前記第2の供給パイプ(22)の直径よりも小さい、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記第3の供給パイプ(23)が、前記第2の供給パイプ(22)の直径とほぼ等しい直径を有する、請求項4~10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記第2の排出パイプ(32)が、前記下部チャンバ(10)と前記第2の制御弁(8)との間の直径を有し、前記第2の排出パイプの直径は、前記第2の供給パイプの直径よりも小さい、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射ノズルを備える、大型ディーゼルエンジン。
- 噴射プロセス中、前記弁本体(6)が、前記閉鎖状態と最大開放状態との間の中間位置に少なくとも一時的に保持される、請求項13に記載の大型ディーゼルエンジン。
- 前記大型ディーゼルエンジンが、縦型掃気式の2ストローク大型ディーゼルエンジンである、請求項13または14に記載の大型ディーゼルエンジン。
