Claims (15)
- 少なくとも2つの排出路(10、20)と少なくとも2つの入口開口部(13、23)を有し、その断面は異なっているか、同じである医療用の外部混合ノズルによって少なくとも2種類の流体を混合する方法において、
−第一の流体が、第一の供給路(11)を介して横方向に、特に接線方向に、第一の排出路(10)に流体接続された第一の小室(12)へと誘導され、
−第二の流体が、第二の供給路(21)を介して横方向に、特に接線方向に、第二の排出路(20)に流体接続された第二の小室(22)へと誘導され、
−前記第一の流体が前記第一の排出路(10)を介して、前記第二の流体が前記第二の排出路(20)を介して、重複する流体円錐が形成されるように排出され、
前記第一の流体と前記第二の流体が異なる体積流量および/または異なる粘性を有し、前記入口開口部(13、23)および/または前記排出路(10、20)の断面の比が前記体積流量の比に対応し、それによって前記第一の流体と前記第二の流体が、前記排出路(10、20)および/または前記入口開口部(13、23)を通って実質的に同じ平均流速で流れることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記第一の流体の前記第一の小室(12)への供給および/または前記第二の流体の前記第二の小室(22)への供給が制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
第三の流体が、第三の供給路(31)を通じて前記第二の小室(22)へと誘導され、前記第二の流体と混合されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、
前記第三の流体が前記第二の小室(22)へと同軸的に流入することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
第三の流体が、第三の排出路(30)を介して前記第一の流体と前記第二の流体の前記重複する流体円錐へと誘導されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
第三の流体が直接、特に横方向に、前記第二の排出路(20)へと導入され、そこで前記第二の流体と混合されることを特徴とする方法。 - 物質、特に生体材料を供給するための外部混合ノズルにおいて、相互に離間して配置された第一の排出路(10)と第二の排出路(20)を有し、前記第一と第二の排出路(10、20)から流体の混合のために出る流体円錐が少なくとも部分的に重複するようになっており、前記第一の排出路(10)は第一の小室(12)と流体接続され、前記第二の排出路(20)は第二の小室(22)と流体接続され、第一の供給路(11)は横方向に、特に接線方向に、前記第一の小室(12)へと開放し、第二の供給路(21)は横方向に、特に接線方向に、前記第二の小室(22)へと開放し、
少なくとも1つの第三の供給路(31)が提供され、これが前記第二の小室(22)へと同軸的に、または前記第二の排出路(20)または第三の排出路(30)へと直接開放していることを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項7に記載のノズルにおいて、
前記第三の供給路(31)が横方向に前記第二の排出路(20)へと開放するか、前記第二の排出路(20)に関して同軸的に配置されることを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項7または8に記載のノズルにおいて、
前記第三の排出路(31)が前記第一と前記第二の排出路(10、20)の間に、前記第三の排出路(30)から出た流体が前記重複する流体円錐へと誘導されるように配置されることを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項7乃至9の何れか1項に記載のノズルにおいて、
前記第一の小室(12)と前記第二の小室(22)がそれぞれ、入口開口部(13、23)を介して第一または第二の供給路(11、12)に接続され、前記第一の小室(12)の前記入口開口部(13)と前記第二の小室(22)の前記入口開口部(23)が異なる切断面を有することを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項7乃至10の何れか1項に記載のノズルにおいて、
少なくとも前記第一の排出路(10)と前記第二の排出路(20)、特にすべての前記排出路(10、20、30)が、相互に平行または斜めに方向付けられた長手方向軸を有することを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項7乃至11の何れか1項に記載のノズルにおいて、
少なくとも前記第二の排出路(20)がボトルネック(15)を有し、特に前記第三の供給路(31)が前記ボトルネック(15)の領域において前記第二の排出路(20)へと開放することを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項7乃至12の何れか1項に記載の外部混合ノズルを備える医療器具において、前記器具を、前記流体供給を設定するための開ループまたは閉ループ制御ユニットを備える医療機器に接続できることを特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項7乃至12の何れか1項に記載の外部混合ノズルおよび/または請求項13に記載の器具を備える医療機器において、
前記流体供給を、前記流体の体積流量が異なり、および/または粘性が異なる場合に、前記流体が前記排出路(10、20)および/または前記入口開口部(13、23)を通って実質的に同じ流速で流れるように設定するようになされている開ループまたは閉ループ制御ユニットを特徴とする医療機器。 - 請求項7乃至12の何れか1項に記載の外部混合ノズルおよび/または請求項13に記載の器具、特に請求項14に記載の機器を備える医療機器において、
前記流体供給を、前記異なる流体を相互に独立してあらゆる所望の順序で供給できるように設定するようになされている開ループまたは閉ループ制御ユニットを特徴とする医療機器。
