Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る圧力容器1は、樹脂ライナー2と、口金部材3と、補強層4と、取付部材5と、第一シール部材6とで主に構成されている。圧力容器1は、例えば、内部に液体又は気体を収容することができる中空容器である。
次に、第一実施形態の第一変形例について説明する。図3に示すように、第一変形例の圧力容器1Aは、補強部材50を設けている点で第一実施形態と相違する。第一変形例では、第一実施形態と重複する部分については同等の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略し、第一実施形態と相違する部分を中心に説明する。
次に、第一実施形態の第二変形例について説明する。図4に示すように、第二変形例の圧力容器1Bは、口金部材3に内側フランジ24(図2参照)を設けていない点で第一実施形態と相違する。第二変形例では、第一実施形態と重複する部分については同等の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略し、第一実施形態と相違する部分を中心に説明する。
次に、本発明の第二実施形態に係る圧力容器について説明する。図5に示すように、本実施形態に係る圧力容器1Cは、樹脂ライナー2と、口金部材3と、補強層4と、取付部材5Cと、第一シール部材7と、第二シール部材8と、補強部材50とで構成されている。第二実施形態に係る圧力容器1Cは、取付部材5Cが分割構成になっている点で第一実施形態と大きく相違する。第二実施形態では、第一実施形態と重複する部分については同等の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略し、第一実施形態と相違する部分を中心に説明する。
次に、第二実施形態の第一変形例について説明する。図6に示すように、第一変形例の圧力容器1Dは、取付部材5Dの形状が第二実施形態と相違する。第一変形例では、第二実施形態と重複する部分については同等の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略し、第二実施形態と相違する部分を中心に説明する。

Claims (3)
- 突出する筒状のネック部を備え、気体又は液体を収容する中空の樹脂ライナーと、
前記ネック部の径方向外側に設けられた口金部材と、
前記樹脂ライナー及び前記口金部材の外側を覆う補強層と、
前記ネック部と前記口金部材との間に挿入されるとともに、前記口金部材に対して着脱自在に取り付けられる取付部材と、
前記ネック部の外周面と前記取付部材の内周面との間に介設された第一シール部材と、を有することを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 前記取付部材は、
前記口金部材に締結される第一部材及び前記ネック部と前記口金部材との間に挿入される第二部材を備えた分割構成となっており、
前記ネック部の外周面と前記第二部材の内周面との間に前記第一シール部材が介設されるとともに、前記第一部材と前記第二部材との間に第二シール部材が介設され、
前記第二部材は、前記口金部材と前記第一部材とによって挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記ネック部に補強部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の圧力容器。
