Abstract

Description
容器が陽圧下にある場合(図19)、約6.8cm(2.678インチ)の起立リング直径を有する容器について、距離A”は約1.27mm〜約2.79mm(約0.050インチ〜約0.110インチ)になる。したがって、(A−A”)/起立リング直径の比は約27:1〜約38:1になる。さらに、A”とA’との間の差は、前記パネルの屈曲範囲を画定し、約6.8cm(2.678インチ)の起立リングの直径を有する容器については、起立リング直径に対する屈曲範囲の比が約4:1〜約6:1になるように、前記屈曲範囲は約1.14cm〜約1.63cm(0.450インチ〜約0.640インチ)になる。
Claims (20)
- プラスチック容器であって、
チャンバを画定し、かつ、第1端部および第2端部と、第1端部において前記チャンバへの開口とを有する側壁と、
前記側壁から延び、かつ、第2端部を閉鎖する基部と、を備え、前記基部は、支持構造を画定する外周部分と、前記支持構造から半径方向内側に離間されて、水平線と80°超の角度を形成する軸線方向内方に延びる周壁と、軸線方向内方に延びる円錐台の形状にある中心に配置された上げ底部分と、前記周壁を囲み、前記周壁を前記上げ底部分に接続する環状形チャネルとを有し、前記環状形チャネルは、前記容器が静圧条件下にある場合に、前記容器の中心軸を中心として非対称である表面を有する、プラスチック容器。 - 前記環状形チャネルの表面は、第1地点における第1曲率半径と、第1地点から周方向に離間された第2地点における第2曲率半径とを有する丸味を帯びた移行部を有し、第1曲率半径は、曲率半径勾配を画定するように、第2曲率半径とは異なっている、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 第1地点は120°〜180°離間されている、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記環状形チャネルの表面は、第1脚部と、第1脚部から周方向に離間された第2脚部とを有し、第1脚部は水平線と第1角度を形成し、第2脚部は水平線と第2角度を形成し、第1角度は第2角度とは異なり、それらの間に角度勾配を画定する、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 第1角度と第2角度との間の最大差は、30度未満である、請求項4に記載の容器。

チャンバと、一端において前記チャンバへの開口とを有するブロー型を提供する工程と、前記ブロー型は開放位置と閉鎖位置との間を可動であり、前記開口内には前記チャンバを閉鎖するようにプッシュアップ部材が配置され、前記プッシュアップ部材は容器の底壁を画定するための前記チャンバ内に延在する表面を有することと、
前記ブロー型内に予備成形物を挿入する工程と、
前記予備成形物を前記チャンバに対して吹き込んで、基部を有する容器を形成する工程と、を含み、前記容器は、基部と、前記基部は支持構造を画定する外周部分と、前記支持構造から半径方向内側に離間され、水平線と80°超の角度を形成する軸線方向内方に延びる周壁と、前記周壁の端部を閉鎖する圧力補償パネルとを有することと、該圧力補償パネルは、容器の容積を変化させるために、前記パネルの中央部分が周壁の頂部より下方に位置する第1位置から前記中央部分が周壁の頂部より上方に位置する第2位置へ前記容器の軸線に沿って可動であることと、前記パネル上の複数の周方向に離間された半径方向溝とを有する、方法。 - 前記プッシュアップ部材は、相補的形状を有する第1部分および第2部分を備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ブロー型を開放位置に移動させる工程と、
第2部分が前記型内に残ったまま、第1部分を前記型から引く抜く工程と、
前記型から第2部分を引き抜く工程と、
前記チャンバから容器を取り出す工程と、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記予備成形物をチャンバに対して吹き込む工程は、完成容器のそれよりも15mm〜40mmだけ大きな軸線方向寸法を有する中間容器を形成することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記プッシュアップを中間容器の底壁に対して軸線方向内方に移動させて、軸線方向寸法を減少させて完成容器を形成することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 押出ブロー型からブロー成形容器を解放する方法であって、
チャンバと、一端において前記チャンバへの開口とを有するブロー型を提供する工程と、前記ブロー型は開放位置と閉鎖位置との間を可動であり、前記チャンバ内に配置された容器を有することと、
前記ブロー型の底壁を形成するために前記開口内に配置され、かつ第1部分および第2部分を有するツーピースのプッシュアップアセンブリを提供する工程と、
前記ブロー型を開放位置に移動させる工程と、
第2部分が前記型内に残ったまま、第1部分を前記型から引く抜く工程と、
前記型から第2部分を引き抜く工程と、
前記チャンバから容器を取り出す工程と、を含む、方法。 - 第1部分および第2部分は環状である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第2部分は第1部分の周りに同心的に配置されている、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 押出ブロー成形に使用されるブロー型であって、該ブロー型は、
一端に開口を有するチャンバを画定する壁と、前記チャンバはそのチャンバ内でブロー成形される物品の形状を有することと、
前記開口内に配置されるプッシュアップアセンブリと、を有し、前記プッシュアップアセンブリは、第1部分および第2部分を有し、第1部分は、第1部分が前記チャンバの内部の位置から前記チャンバの外部の位置に移動されることを可能にするために往復並進運動するように取り付けられており、第2部分は、第1部分の動作とは独立して、前記チャンバの内部の位置から前記チャンバの外部の位置に並進往復運動するように取り付けられており、第1部分および第2部分は、第1部分および第2部分の双方がチャンバの内部に配置されているときに前記開口を閉鎖する相補的形状を有する、ブロー型。 - 前記開口は略円形の形状であり、第1部分および第2部分は略円形の形状であり、第1部分は、第2部分の周りに同心的に取り付けられている、請求項15のブロー型。
