Abstract
【解決手段】内張りれんがとして構造的スポーリングに強いβ’−サイアロンボンドを有するサイアロンボンドアルミナれんがを使用することを前提としたうえで、より耐溶銑性が要求される部位にはβ’−サイアロンに起因するれんが中のSi量を特定範囲としたサイアロンボンドアルミナれんが8を、より耐スラグ性が要求される部位にはβ’−サイアロンに起因するれんが中のO(酸素)量を特定範囲としたサイアロンボンドアルミナれんが7をそれぞれ配置した。

Claims (3)
- 高炉炉床部の内張り構造において、
スラグと接しない部位に、マトリックス部にβ’−サイアロンを含み、コランダム及びβ’−サイアロンの含有量の合計が95質量%以上であるサイアロンボンドアルミナれんがであって、β’−サイアロンのZ値(β’−サイアロンの化学式Si6−ZAlZOZN8−ZにおけるZ値のことをいう。以下同じ。)が2.7以上4.2以下、れんが中のβ’−サイアロンの含有量X質量%が下記式(1)を満たすサイアロンボンドアルミナれんがを配置したことを特徴とする高炉炉床部の内張り構造。
5≦X≦(280+Z)/(168−28Z)×15 …(1) - スラグと接する部位に、マトリックス部にβ’−サイアロンを含み、コランダム及びβ’−サイアロンの含有量の合計が95質量%以上であるサイアロンボンドアルミナれんがであって、β’−サイアロンのZ値が2.5以下(0を含まない)、れんが中のβ’−サイアロンの含有量Y質量%が下記式(2)を満たすサイアロンボンドアルミナれんがを配置した請求項1に記載の高炉炉床部の内張り構造。
10≦Y≦[(280+Z)/16Z]×6 …(2) - 前記スラグと接しない部位が出銑孔より下方の部位であり、前記スラグと接する部位が出銑孔を含む上方の部位である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の高炉炉床部の内張り構造。
