Claims (9)
- 骨の治療部位に留置される骨用充填材料を流通可能なルーメンを有するシャフトと、前記シャフトの先端側に設けられ前記ルーメンを介して前記骨用充填材料が充填されるバルーンとを備える留置デバイスと、
前記ルーメンに挿入可能に構成され前記骨用充填材料が充填された後の前記バルーンを破ることで前記骨用充填材料を露出させる展開操作デバイスとを含む
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項1記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記バルーンは、伸縮性を有する材料により構成される
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記展開操作デバイスは、前記ルーメン及び前記バルーン内に挿入可能であると共に、拡張状態の前記バルーンの内面に先端部が近接又は当接可能な挿入部材を含む
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項3記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記展開操作デバイスは、前記骨用充填材料から前記挿入部材の引き抜きに伴って形成された空洞部の内側を案内されて前記バルーンを破る針部材をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項3記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記展開操作デバイスは、前記骨用充填材料から前記挿入部材の引き抜きに伴って形成された空洞部に前記バルーンを溶解させる溶解液を流通させることにより前記バルーンを破る
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項3記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記挿入部材は、軸方向に貫通路を有する管状体であり、
前記展開操作デバイスは、前記貫通路に挿入されて前記バルーンを破る針部材をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記バルーンは、拡張状態において、前記挿入部材の先端部が当接又は近接する部分の肉厚が、前記バルーンと前記シャフトの取付部分付近の肉厚よりも薄い
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記挿入部材の外周面には、硬化した前記骨用充填材料に対し潤滑性を有する挿入部材用潤滑剤が塗布されている
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の骨治療システムにおいて、
前記バルーンは、放射線撮影下に前記バルーンを認識可能な造影部を有する
ことを特徴とする骨治療システム。
