Abstract
【解決手段】 この再帰性反射布帛100は、布等の基材層1と、当該基材層1の上層に設けたガラスビーズ保持層2と、ガラスビーズ保持層2により保持した多数の透明なガラスビーズ3と、前記ガラスビーズ保持層2の上層に設けた撥水層4とからなる。撥水層4は、撥水剤、浸透剤、架橋剤を所定比で配合して構成される。撥水剤には、フッ素系撥水剤を用いる。浸透剤は、界面活性剤、エーテル系混合物を用いる。浸透剤により、撥水層4がガラスビーズ保持層2に強固に付着するので、洗濯しても全体として撥水効果が維持され、再帰反射性能の低下を防止できる。

- 布の基材からなる基材層と、
当該基材層の表面に形成されると共に多数のガラスビーズを表面が露出するように保持するガラスビーズ保持層と、
当該ガラスビーズ及びガラスビーズ保持層の表面に形成され、且つ、撥水剤に対して浸透剤を含ませた撥水層と、
を有することを特徴とする再帰性反射布帛。
