Claims (8)
- 回転軸(21)の端部に回転検出用磁石(22)が取り付けられた回転子(20)と、
前記回転子と対向配置された固定子と、
前記回転子と前記固定子を収容して保持するフレーム(4)と、
前記固定子に含まれる固定子巻線(1A、1B)に誘起される交流電圧を直流電圧に変換、または、外部から印加される直流電圧を交流電圧に変換して前記固定子巻線に印加する電力変換器(3)と、
前記回転検出用磁石と対向配置された回転角センサ(7、23)と前記電力変換器を制御する制御回路(8)とが実装される制御基板(102)と、
前記制御基板を収納するとともに、前記回転角センサと前記回転検出用磁石との間に配置された非磁性金属からなる薄板部材(82E)を含んで構成され、前記フレームに固定される基板ケース(80)と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項1において、
前記薄板部材は、前記基板ケースの外部に露出していることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記薄板部材は、前記制御基板に当接する当接部(82F)を有することを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項3において、
前記当接部は、前記薄板部材の平板部分を部分的に突出させることにより形成されていることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項3または4において、
前記制御基板には、前記回転子の界磁巻線に励磁電流を供給する励磁回路であるHブリッジ回路(5)と、動作電圧を生成する電源回路(10)と、前記フレームとグランド端子との間に挿入されたダイオード(11)とが搭載されており、
前記当接部は、前記Hブリッジ回路、前記電源回路、前記ダイオードのいずれかに対向する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項において、
前記基板ケースは、前記薄板部材と一体に形成されるとともに前記フレームに固定される絶縁材からなる固定部(82B)を有することを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項6において、
前記固定部には、前記薄板部材が埋設されていることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項において、
前記基板ケースは、前記制御基板が載置されるハウジング(82)と、前記ハウジングの開口を覆うカバー(84)とを備えることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。
