Abstract
【解決手段】ボール5の外周に沿う半球状のボール保持部12と結合板部13とが周方向に交互に設けられた一対の環状保持板11を、ボール保持部12が対向し、その対向部間にボール保持用のポケット14が形成される組み合わせとして、互いに対向する結合板部13のそれぞれを複数のリベット15の加締めにより結合する。

Claims (3)
- ボールの外周に沿う半球状のボール保持部と結合板部とが周方向に交互に設けられた一対の環状保持板を、前記ボール保持部が対向し、その対向部間にボール保持用のポケットが形成される組み合わせとして、互いに対向する結合板部のそれぞれをリベットの加締めにより結合し、下記の数式1で表されるボール充填率が4〜40%の範囲とされた玉軸受用波形保持器において、
前記複数の互いに対向する結合板部のそれぞれを周方向に間隔をおいて設けられた複数のリベットにより結合したことを特徴とする玉軸受用波形保持器。

ここで、P.C.Dは軸受のピッチ円直径を表す。 - 前記環状保持板が、金属板のプレス成形品からなる請求項1に記載の玉軸受用保持器。
- 外輪の内径面に形成された軌道溝と内輪の外径面に形成された軌道溝間に複数のボールを組み込み、その複数のボールを保持器により保持し、下記の数式1で表されるボール充填率が4〜40%の範囲とされた玉軸受において、
前記保持器が請求項1又は2に記載の波形保持器からなることを特徴とする玉軸受。
