Abstract
【解決手段】流体圧制御装置100は、油路L01を介してオイルタンク101から潤滑油を吸い込み、油路L02に吐出する流体圧ポンプ102と、供給された潤滑油をライン圧に調圧して油路L03に出力し、プーリ201,202に供給する第1調圧弁103と、供給されたライン圧を調圧して生成したMOD圧を油路L06に出力するとともに、MOD圧を生成する際の余剰の潤滑油を油路L07に排出する第2調圧弁107とを備える。油路L07は、油路L01に接続されている。

Claims (2)
- 自動変速機に用いられる流体の圧力を制御する流体圧制御装置であって、
前記流体を溜める貯留部と、
第1経路を介して前記貯留部に接続され、前記貯留部から前記流体を吸い込み、前記流体を第2経路に供給する流体圧ポンプと、
前記第2経路を介して前記流体圧ポンプに接続され、前記流体圧ポンプから供給される前記流体を調圧してライン圧を生成し、前記ライン圧を第3経路に出力する第1調圧弁と、
前記第3経路を介して供給された前記流体を第5経路に排出することで調圧して信号圧を生成し、該信号圧を第4経路に出力する第2調圧弁と、
を備え、
前記第5経路は、前記第1経路に接続されることを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置であって、
補助ポンプを備え、
前記流体圧ポンプは、前記自動変速機が搭載される車両の駆動源を利用して駆動するものであり、
前記補助ポンプは、前記駆動源が停止中の場合に前記流体圧ポンプに代わって作動するものであり、第6経路を介して前記貯留部に接続され、
前記第5経路から排出される前記流体は、前記第6経路にも供給されることを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。
