Claims (3)
- 軸受ハウジングと、前記軸受ハウジングに対して搖動自在に設けられ、回転軸を支持する複数のティルティングパッドと、下半部における前記ティルティングパッドに形成された給油孔又は隣り合う前記ティルティングパッドの間に配置された給油ノズルを介し、前記下半部における前記ティルティングパッドの摺動面に潤滑油を供給するように構成されたティルティングパッド軸受装置であって、
上半部における前記ティルティングパッドの摺動面に、軸受装置の側面側に潤滑油を排出する潤滑油排出構造が設けられていることを特徴とするティルティングパッド軸受装置。 - 請求項１記載のティルティングパッド軸受装置において、前記潤滑油排出構造は、前記回転軸の回転方向から見て前記ティルティングパッドの前端部に設けられた切り欠きであり、前記切り欠きが設けられたティルティングパッドは周方向下流側に向かうに従って摺動面が広がるように構成されていることを特徴とするティルティングパッド軸受装置。
- 請求項１記載のティルティングパッド軸受装置において、前記潤滑油排出構造は、周方向下流側に向かうに従って前記ティルティングパッドの一側面又は両側面に向かって斜めに設けられた１つ又は複数の排油溝であり、前記排油溝は前記ティルティングパッドの側面まで貫通していることを特徴とするティルティングパッド軸受装置。
