Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le brassage de matière, notamment pour le brassage de matière en fermentation, ledit dispositif comprenant un tambour (1) rotatif apte à contenir ladite matière (5). Selon l'invention, ledit dispositif comprend aussi au moins une vis sans âme (2) qui s'étend à l'intérieur du tambour montée rotative par rapport au tambour (1) et dont la vitesse de rotation par rapport au tambour (1) est asservie à celle du tambour (1).
