Abstract

Dispositif (1) pour le brassage de matière (30) comprenant un tambour (2) rotatif et au moins une vis (3) sans âme qui s'étend à l'intérieur du tambour (2) en étant montée rotative par rapport au tambour (2). Chaque vis (3) sans âme est formée d'un ou plusieurs enroulements (41) hélicoïdaux coaxiaux et chaque enroulement (41) comprend un support (5) hélicoïdal de pas P formé d'un corps allongé enroulé hélicoïdalement et de section transversale constante sur au moins une partie de sa longueur, et une hélice (6) dite secondaire disposée autour et portée par ledit support (5), en ce que le diamètre DeS extérieur du support (5) est inférieur ou égal à 1,5 fois le pas P du support (5) et en ce que l'hélice (6) secondaire comprend une pluralité de spires (71, 72) de pas identique au pas du support (5) hélicoïdal, lesdites spires (71, 72) de l'hélice (6) secondaire formant une surface se développant radialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du support (5), chaque spire (71, 72) de l'hélice (6) secondaire étant inscrite dans un cylindre de diamètre De, ce diamètre De dudit cylindre étant supérieur ou égal à 2,5 fois le pas dudit support (5).
