Abstract
【解決手段】 外方部材、内方部材および複列の転動体からなる車輪用軸受を備え、ハブ輪1の軸孔33に外側継手部材23のステム部29を嵌合することにより車輪用軸受に等速自在継手をトルク伝達可能に結合させた車輪用軸受装置において、外側継手部材23のステム部29に軸方向に延びる複数の凸部32を形成すると共に、凸部32の周方向側壁部40のみに対して締め代nを有する複数の凹部35をハブ輪1の軸孔33に形成し、外側継手部材23のステム部29をハブ輪1の軸孔33に圧入し、その軸孔33に凸部32の周方向側壁部40のみの形状を転写して接触部位全域で密着する凹凸嵌合部を構成し、凹凸嵌合部のステム部圧入側に凹部39が形成されたガイド部を設け、ガイド部の凹部39の最大径φ1を軸孔33の凹部35の最大径よりも大きくし、かつ、軸孔33の凹部35の最大径をステム部29の凸部32の最大径φ3よりも大きくする。

Claims (6)
- 内周に複列の外側軌道面が形成された外方部材と、外周に前記外側軌道面と対向する複列の内側軌道面を有し、ハブ輪および内輪からなる内方部材と、前記外方部材の外側軌道面と内方部材の内側軌道面との間に介装された複列の転動体とからなる車輪用軸受を備え、前記ハブ輪の軸孔に等速自在継手の外側継手部材のステム部を嵌合することにより前記車輪用軸受に等速自在継手をトルク伝達可能に結合させた車輪用軸受装置において、
前記外側継手部材のステム部に軸方向に延びる複数の凸部を形成すると共に、前記凸部の周方向側壁部のみに対して締め代を有する複数の凹部を前記ハブ輪の軸孔に形成し、前記外側継手部材のステム部を前記ハブ輪の軸孔に圧入し、その軸孔に凸部の前記周方向側壁部のみの形状を転写して接触部位全域で密着する凹凸嵌合部を形成し、前記凹凸嵌合部のステム部圧入側に凹部が形成されたガイド部を設け、前記ガイド部の凹部最大径を軸孔の凹部最大径よりも大きくし、かつ、前記軸孔の凹部最大径をステム部の凸部最大径よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記ガイド部の凹部最大径と前記軸孔の凹部最大径との間の径方向隙間をAとし、軸孔の凹部最大径と前記ステム部の凸部最大径との間の径方向隙間をBとし、ガイド部の凹部最大径とステム部の凸部最大径との間の径方向隙間をCとした場合、A/B=0.15〜0.2、B/C=0.17〜2、A/C=0.1〜1の条件を満足するように規定した請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ガイド部の凹部幅寸法を前記ステム部の凸部幅寸法よりも大きくし、かつ、ステム部の凸部幅寸法を前記軸孔の凹部幅寸法よりも大きくした請求項1又は2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ガイド部の凹部幅寸法をL1とし、前記ステム部の凸部幅寸法をL2とし、軸孔の凹部幅寸法をL3とした場合、L1/L2=1.1〜1.4、L2/L3=1.01〜1.1、L1/L3=1.2〜1.4の条件を満足するように規定した請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ガイド部の凹部最小径と軸孔の凹部最小径とを等しくし、かつ、軸孔の凹部最小径をステム部の凸部最小径よりも大きくした請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ガイド部の凹部最小径と軸孔の凹部最小径との間の径方向隙間をDとし、軸孔の凹部最小径とステム部の凸部最小径との間の径方向隙間をEとし、ガイド部の凹部最小径とステム部の凸部最小径との間の径方向隙間をFとした場合、D=0、E=Fの条件を満足するように規定した請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
