Claims (10)
- 所定の位置に配置された照射対象物の円環状の照射エリアに対し光を照射する光照射装置であって、
前記光を出射するLED(Light Emitting Diode)素子と、
前記LED素子と共通の光軸を有し、前記LED素子から出射された光の広がり角を狭め、所定の広がり角を有する光に成形する第1レンズと、
前記第1レンズと共通の光軸を有し、前記第1レンズを透過した光を該光軸を中心とする円環状の光となるように屈折する第2レンズと、
前記第2レンズと共通の光軸を有し、前記第2レンズを透過した光を前記照射エリア上に円環状にフォーカスする第3レンズと、
を備えることを特徴とする光照射装置。 - 前記第3レンズを前記第2レンズに対して相対的に移動させるレンズ移動手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第2レンズは、円錐面を前記第1レンズ側又は前記第3レンズ側に向けたアキシコンレンズであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第2レンズは、円錐面を前記第1レンズ側及び前記第3レンズ側に備えたアキシコンレンズであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第2レンズは、円錐面を前記第1レンズ側又は前記第3レンズ側にそれぞれ備えた一対のアキシコンレンズであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記円錐面の頂点の角度が、120°〜150°であることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第1レンズは、両凸レンズ、平凸レンズ又は凸凹レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記第3レンズは、両凸レンズ、平凸レンズ、又は凸凹レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記光照射装置から照射される光が、紫外域の波長の光であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記紫外域の波長の光は、紫外線硬化型樹脂に作用する波長を含む光であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光照射装置。
