Abstract
【解決手段】アパーチャ14を介して連通する第1及び第2の容器11、12と、第1及び第2の電極21、22と、シース液が貯液され、加圧されて前記第1及び第2の容器へ前記シース液を供給する液供給源と、前記第1の容器11に供給される血液試料をシースフローによって前記アパーチャ14へ送り込むシースフロー作成手段と、前記アパーチャ14から前記第2の容器12へ流出する血液試料を旋回流によって前記アパーチャ14から離間する方向へ流出させる旋回流作成手段とを具備し、前記第1及び第2の容器へ供給する前記シース液の圧力を異ならせる。

Claims (7)
- アパーチャを介して連通する第1及び第2の容器と、
前記第1の容器と前記第2の容器に設けられる第1及び第2の電極と、
シース液が貯液され、加圧されて前記第1及び第2の容器へ前記シース液を供給する液供給源と、
前記第1の容器に供給される血液試料を前記液供給源から供給されるシース液によるシースフローによって集束させ前記アパーチャへ送り込むシースフロー作成手段と、
前記アパーチャから前記第2の容器へ流出する血液試料を前記液供給源から供給されるシース液による旋回流によって集束させ前記アパーチャから離間する方向へ流出させる旋回流作成手段と
を具備し、
前記第1及び第2の容器へ供給する前記シース液の圧力を異ならせる、血液測定装置。 - 前記液供給源は、前記第1及び第2の容器へ前記シース液を供給する単一液供給源により構成され、
前記第1の容器へ前記シース液を供給する第1の供給経路と、
前記第2の容器へ前記シース液を供給する第2の供給経路と
を具備する請求項1に記載の血液測定装置。 - 更に、前記第2の供給経路に設けられ、該第2の供給経路の流量を調整する流量調整手段と
を具備する請求項2に記載の血液測定装置。 - 前記流量調整手段は、バルブにより構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の血液測定装置。
- 前記流量調整手段は、経路の長さ及び/または径を変化させて構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の血液測定装置。
- 前記液供給源は、前記第1の容器へ前記シース液を供給する第1の液供給源と、前記第2の容器へ前記シース液を供給する第2の液供給源と、により構成される、請求項1に記載の血液測定装置。
- 前記第2の液供給源の圧力が前記第1の液供給源の圧力より低圧とされている、請求項6に記載の血液測定装置。
