Claims (27)
- 潤滑油組成物であって、多量の基油および少量の添加剤パッケージを含有して成っていて、前記添加剤パッケージが約0.2から1.8重量%の式I:
で表される1種以上の化合物、および、潤滑油組成物に約500から1000ppmの燐を供給するに充分な量の少なくとも1種類の金属ジアルキルジチオ燐酸塩、ただし前記少なくとも1種類の金属ジアルキルジチオ燐酸塩の少なくとも90モルパーセントじは各アルキル基が4−メチル−2−ペンタノールに由来する金属ジアルキルジチオ燐酸塩である、を含有して成る潤滑油組成物。 - 前記添加剤パッケージが少なくとも2種類の摩擦調整剤を含有して成る請求項1記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記添加剤パッケージが式Iで表される少なくとも2種類の摩擦調整剤を含有して成る請求項2記載の潤滑油組成物。
- Rの炭素原子数が約8から約18である請求項1−3のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- Xが−NHである請求項1−4のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- mが1から3の整数である請求項1−5のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記添加剤パッケージが更に抗酸化剤、消泡剤、チタン含有化合物、燐含有化合物、粘度指数向上剤、流動点降下剤および希釈用油から成る群より選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤も含有して成る請求項1−6のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 潤滑油がエンジンオイルである請求項1−7のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 更に少なくとも1種の分散剤も含有して成る請求項1−7のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 更に少なくとも1種の洗浄剤も含有して成る請求項1−7のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- エンジンにおける薄膜摩擦および/または境界摩擦を改良する方法であって、前記エンジンに請求項1−10のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油を差す段階を含んで成る方法。
- 前記薄膜摩擦および境界層摩擦を改良する請求項11記載の方法。
- 改良された薄膜摩擦および境界摩擦が前記1種以上の摩擦調整剤が存在しない同一の組成物を基準にして測定したものである請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記境界層摩擦を改良する請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記改良された境界層摩擦が前記1種以上の摩擦調整剤が存在しない同一の組成物を基準にして測定したものである請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記薄膜摩擦を改良する請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記改良された薄膜摩擦が前記1種以上の摩擦調整剤が存在しない同一の組成物を基準にして測定したものである請求項16記載の方法。
- エンジンにおける薄膜摩擦および/または境界層摩擦を改良する方法であって、請求項10記載の潤滑油組成物で潤滑する段階から成り、改良された薄膜摩擦および境界層摩擦が1種以上の摩擦調整剤が存在しない同一の組成物を基準にして測定したものである方法。
- 少なくとも薄膜摩擦を改良する請求項18記載の方法。
- 少なくとも境界層摩擦を改良する請求項18記載の方法。
- Rの炭素原子数が約8から約18であり、Xが−NHであり、mが1から3の整数である請求項1記載の潤滑油組成物。
- Rの炭素原子数が約8から約12である請求項1記載の潤滑油組成物。
- mが1から3の整数である請求項22記載の潤滑油組成物。
