Claims (11)
- 殺生物性組成物として用いるための安定した殺菌剤を生成する方法であって、
試薬であって、
a)濃縮形態の殺菌剤のアミン源と、
b)濃縮形態の酸化ハロゲン化合物と、
a)希釈剤と、
を含む、試薬を提供することと、
前記試薬のうちの少なくとも2つを広い空間に非同期的に供給することと、
前記試薬の3つ全てを接触させ、かつ互いに混合させることと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記アミン源が、クロラミンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記希釈剤が、前記試薬の組み合わせのpHを12.5以下まで低下させるのに十分な腐食剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 濃縮形態の前記殺菌剤の濃度が5%〜80%の範囲内であり、前記殺菌剤が前記希釈剤と混合された後、前記濃度が0.01%〜5%まで低下する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 濃縮形態の前記酸化ハロゲン化合物の濃度が3%〜18%の範囲内であり、前記酸化ハロゲン化合物が前記希釈剤と混合された後、前記濃度が0.01%〜3%まで低下する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- クロラミン対酸化ハロゲンのモル比が、0.1:1〜10:1の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化ハロゲンが、塩素源である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化ハロゲンが、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記殺菌剤が、バッチプロセスに従って生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記殺菌剤が、連続投与プロセスに従って生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記殺菌剤が、スラッグ投与プロセスに従って生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
